I loved how Shaurya broke into a smile and the fact that it came right after she said "you don't have to apologise for everything" with this ego aur gussa yahi chodke jaaye and that throwing out of the window gesture it was almost like she was saying "I have got your flaws don't worry" and showing acceptance

I just started catching up episodes, so

what happened to Shaurya’s watch that anokhi had it and was dropped in library the night she slept there?

How does Shaurya know she is run away bride? Yesterday episode seems he knows she paper spray him

Anokhi tries to use the watch as collateral during the admissions track when she is unable to secure the funds needed to get admission. He sees her and ends up calling her a thief. So the watch ends up back with him. During that same moment, Vineet comes and informs everyone that she ran away from her wedding so I think Shaurya remembered it from then.
