Shaurya's dialogue from today's episode literally summarized his whole life in short I think.

He was too young to understand what really happened with his mother and also, too young to express himself in any other way that crying.

Shaan didn't really care about his son's childhood once Aastha left and his actions were pretty clear regarding the same. He didn't try to emotionally bond with Shaurya.

Devi and Tej became unofficial foster parents of Shaurya but he couldn't really feel that level of emotional connection with either of them that he could freely express what he felt. Moreover, Devi doesn't really care about what Shaurya feels. All she does care about is calling him her son, purely out of superficial reasons and bad mouthing Aastha in front of him.

Alok is the most weird character with no substance, only vendettas and plotting with Devi, so no question of Shaurya bonding with him. As for Gayathri, Devi never let him get close to her because of her own narrow thinking and possessiveness.

Kitty and Bebo are not that close to him either, they are just totally brats which a rich family.

So, all in all, Shaurya's real emotions only come out in front of two people, one being Aastha and the other one is Anokhi. He can only freely express himself with these two and a little bit in front of Shaan, and that too, now.

Aastha is always a target for the anger he has piled up against her in the past so many years and as for Anokhi, she is just always there somehow, entangled between his anger towards Aastha and also, to an extent, I feel like a friend to Shaurya. His only friend because she is the only one who bothers about him, even if the two of them are unaware about this. She unknowingly makes him a better man. Challenges him to feel something, anything. She is the one uncovering his layers one by one and forcing him to let go of all the negativity he had filled in his heart towards the world. Even though she crosses boundaries, taunts him, calls him out for things she is not meant to, but she makes him try to at least face the reality and that is what a true friend does. Making the person open up, even when they don't want to.

Wonderfully summarised 👏. Loved reading it. And yes ,that one line was indeed what we needed to hear. Even though Anokhi hardly understood anything, the message is conveyed. I hope Anokhi takes Astha's word seriously and tries to understand him.

Btw, guys , just warning u, Anokhi is going to be oblivious to his feelings for a long long long time. So.she hurting without meaning to, is going to continue. Also, MU might not get cleared. Whatever it is, lets enjoy what we are getting 😆.

Mai OG mohor dekh rhi thi. Udhar bhi ML ka yehi haal hai. Bechare ko bhi pehle pyaar ho gya but she's just Miss Oblivious 🤣. I have a feeling SAAKK me bhi yehi hoga. We are actually going forward with this track only. Shaurya ki taraf se pyaar ki shuruaat ho gyi hai but Anokhi is nowhere near it.😆

Actually for shaurya, anokhi has started to matter so much because with all her questioning and fights , she has started to show him the level of understanding that noone else has.. he never wanted to show his pain to anyone but somewhere he wants anokhi to notice it.. he doesnt want to be misunderstood by her.. he dislikes that she dint know that he saved her and she credited the cop instead.. he wants to be there for her.. like shagun had told him.. soon it will be a level of obsession for anokhi.. he is a very territorial person.. it's very important for him to fall in love first ..

Yeah she also said "uske bina tumhari sase ruk jaye, tum kuch kar na pao uske bina"

He is extremely territorial. He said to shagun "whats the harm if i want someone to put me first, sabse age muje pehle rakhe" ...he is seeking love and attention ..however, this had of love, control he wants is actually very toxic as well.

Totes! He's emotionally drained. Whether its about his past or Aastha's re-entry in his life

No matter how nice he is as a person, Shaan never stood up for his wife nor his son. His son who was with him, in the same house, found the masked love of his badi ma & papa to be truthful. The emotional or the mental connection b/w a father & a son is missing

Exactly what I said. Ikr? I mean leaving behind bade papa, even if we take badi ma's concerned nature Shaurya really has no emotional connect not the willingness to be there for her as her unofficial son. This is why devi is constantly worried about what's going on with Shaurya. The insecurities.

I hardly tolerate the character LOL Weird but I never liked seeing the Sabherwal's with Alok in the same scene 😆 He's such a 'henchman' that's it. Nor a good husband, nor a wise father, just a faithful servant like portrayal

That's what I liked too. He's so open with what he feels, his sentiments with them. Shaurya speaks whatever that comes to his mind & I think this is what a person actually needs. To be oneself freely with people who are comfortable with you. When it comes to other family members, its more like a friendly nature rather than being honest

Anokhi compels Shaurya in to thinking about his mom which he never did, brings out his real self & yes, it can get annoying but he needed a certain push. Yes, the negative layers. For anokhi its more like a task she should be completing, to make Shaurya understand that he shouldn't be speaking to his mom badly, point out her faults. But rn Anokhi's stance is different which I think was necessary. Friends or not, Anokhi's presence is changing Shaurya in a good way which we'll see with time

Exactly!!

Because somehow, Anokhi is just there around him. Understanding and I might as well add that she lectures him like she has all the right in the world on him. No one else does that to him, not even Devi but Anokhi, without being aware of this, does it and the best part is that he never shoves her off. Most of the times, he does listen to what she has to say.
