Which character in the show made the greatest sacrifice?

Mention in ur comments the moment when that particular character made the greatest sacrifice...Do u think that there was an alternative and that sacrifice was futile , and it just complicated the things? What should have been done instead?

For me , the greatest sacrifice was done by Shani when he hid the truth behind Bhadra's death...I personally feel it was not needed...Sooner or later , Chhaya would have dealt with the pain , but instead Shani's one wrong decision gave her pain and guilt of lifetime...Do u think Chhaya could have ever forgiven herself for mistrusting Shani , and banishing him from Suryalok?

BTW about shani diaries , I want to know whether Shani can start his diary from age 10?

Yes Chaya Could Have Dealt With Bhadra's Death If Shani Told Her The Truth.
And Chaya Was Wrong With Hating Shani.

from two different perspective i think the show portrayed shani always kept on making sacrifices

the first perspective you described, shani should have revealed the truth to chaya at that time, but it would have broken the cycle of inevitable, as Surya would never come to save sangya and chaya would never banished shani and taken away his position, thus never requiring a graha yudh to be happened which established shani as the lord of the navagrahas.

from another point of view, shani could have dealt with mangal first (and he was capable of doing so) by postponing his marriage which would resulted in shani never being cursed by Dhamini. although the show portrayed the way out of the curse for shani, it did never actually happened according to the mythology and shani was always bound to suffer from the curse. according to the real mythology this sacrifice was not futile! and shani had to suffer a lot from ravan in the show's version! Shani could have told dhamini all about this earlier!
I think Neelima's sacrifice to abolish herself in shani did not come to any use and anything regarding this incident was not shown in the show later. Instead Shani could have engaged himself to Neelima at that time, with Shani and Neelima together i think things would have been less complicated!

I don't think so...Shani was bounded by kaalchakra like others...and so was tridev who were bounded by Kaalchakra...but only tridev knew about future, may be that's why they didn't allow Shani to leave when bhadra was alone which gave Sangya the much needed scope to take her with her and use her later for mass destruction ...They did it so that Kaalchakra doesn't change his course...But Shani didn't have the power to foresee the future (he could only see the past deed of people by casting vakra drishti)...So , Shani didn't know about graha yudha or Dhamini's curse in the future ...He could have told the truth to Chhaya to lessen the complication...

Remember that Mahadev warned him to take control of his emotions...May be he was suggesting him to change his decision to hide the truth , but I guess Shani was determined not to say anything...May be he thought that he would say the truth after his mother stabilizes...But he didn't get time...When Chhaya slapped him , he was deeply hurt...When he saw that his mother , whom he idolised , was not trusting him anymore , he just gave up...Losing Bhadra made him over sensitive...so he couldn't take control over his emotions and everything got out of control...& he ultimately took the drastic situation to keep mum...It happens with humans...I too keep mum when I see distrust in the eyes of loved ones , and stop defending or explaining myself...so did Shani like a normal being...but it was a bad decision...

His bad choice led him to fulfill the kaalchakra...and like Shani always said that 'people's decision decides their karmaphal' , so his decision led him to banishment and suffer hatred from his mother...HE WAS WRONG...BUT IT WAS DESTINY...

but how can we apply the humanly feelings and emotions to immortal gods and goddesses! even if we consider shani was bound in his emotions , he never left his path of righteousness and not his duty too. the end of sangya was not shani's choice but the fruits of her karmfal and what suryadev received was his due because of protecting a criminal ! then how can devi chaya hold shani responsible for the end of sangya and the end of suryadevs physical appearance!
if tridev did not want that course of future, then why they were asking shani to end Bhadra even when she had not been tricked! why they let Bhadra away from shani who could have protected her from sangya's conspiracy! can't we end up considering tridev as partially responsible for the fate of bhadra? is it the tridev's intervention that lead the situation go away from the hands. Even before tridev who were never willing to intervene in most complex situation, suddenly became so much interested in bhadra 's end!
Ending in that did the synopsis of Bhadra track broke the consistency of characters in the show!!!???😕

In every mythological shows , even the gods were treated like humans...if it wasn't then there would be no sati daho , and there would be no outburst of Mahadev and mourning over the loss of sati...Sati couldn't control her emotions , and so did Mahadev after he saw her death...It's a fiction , so the characters were treated like humans , having humanly feelings , for the entertainment purpose...In Shani too , every character , especially the gods , were shown flawed...Surya dev had no control over his anger...Indra dev as selfish and greedy...Sangya overcome by jealousy and hatred...Chandra dev lusting for power ...Then why not Chhaya? She was treated like ordinary human...She reacted the same way any human would do...& Shani did what he had to do ...the only mistake he did was that he never thought that his mother would misunderstand him...He must be waiting for his mother to get stable first and then he must be planning to tell the truth behind Bhadra's death , but he didn't get time...and later he chose to keep mum as he was deeply hurt...He saw the anger in the eyes of his mother and thought that this anger could help her to deal with the pain , but he was wrong...NO ONE WAS AT FAULT OTHER THAN SHANI WHOSE DECISION TO KEEP QUIET COMPLICATED EVERYTHING...BUT IT SHANI"S DESTINY...

Coming to Bhadra's death , what would have happened if Shani agreed to Tridev and killed Bhadra with his own hands...It would have created a rift between Chhaya & Shani...Shani would have killed Sangya as her karmaphal...Suryadev would have disappeared too and Shani would have been banished too by Chhaya...

Again , if Tridev would have not intervened , then also sooner or later Bhadra would have done something out of her naivety , but it could have endangered the lives of all due to her halahal...Everyone would have died...What do u think , how long could have Shani protected her in the jungle? For god sake , Shani was karmaphal daata , not a baby sitter... Sangya / Indra / Rahu would have surely get a chance to find her alone and use her as a weapon of mass destruction...It was Bhadra's destiny...She was born to give pain to others even if it was never her intention (remember how he set fire to Surya dev's aasan , although it was never her intension)...And after that what would have been Shani's responsibility other than giving her karmaphal? Shani would have tried to save the world and in turn that would have led to Bhadra's death...Either he would have killed her , which I don't believe would have happened , or Bhadra would have ended herself... If by any chance all would have survived the poison , except bhadra , then Shani would have to face the same anger and hatred from Chhaya as he failed to keep bhadra safe in the jungle , and then ultimately karmaphals of Suryadev and sangya would have been the next course of actions ,leading to Shani's banishment for good...

Death of Bhadra was inevitable, and so was the rift between Chhaya and shani because she would have always considered that Shani couldn't protect Bhadra ...Her moti khopri could n't have understand that Shani tried his best...It was bound to happen as it was Shani's destiny , and it was important for Shani to get banished for the future happenings...But Shani was attached to Bhadra...he would have never killed her as it was against dharma and according to him Bhadra was innocent...but the destiny must be fulfilled whichever path it takes , so Tridev had to intervene ...

So , Tridev called Shani and tried to convince him...They wanted Shani to kill Bhadra before she destroys the world by attracting halahal from Mahadev's throat and kill every one...(Mahadev ko apne aap ko bachana tha na...😆...so he was so interested)... but when Shani didn't agree , they didn't let him go...Remember that Shani asked Narayan repeatedly to let him go as his sister was alone in the jungle , but Narayan was silent...he could have given him permission just by one nod, but he waited so that Sangya could get enough time and take Bhadra with her and lead her to her destiny , which was death , creating no other option for Shani other than giving Bhadra her karmaphal ...U could say that Bhadra's death was the linchpin...her death was the incident that would change everything in the current situation and lead Shani to a life of a complete bairagi and fulfill the kaalchakra...But that to happen , it was necessary for Tridev to intervene as they wanted everything to happen without the mass destruction due to halahal...If they would have waited then everyone would have died due to halahal which would have come out of Mahadev's mouth...

SO MISTAKES OF SHANI WERE :

KEEPING BHADRA ALONE ...HE SHOULD HAVE KEPT HER WITH HANUMAN OR KAKOL , AND THEN GONE TO TRIDEV

NOT USING HIS DIVYADRISHTI TO FIND BHADRA

GIVING SANGYA A CHANCE TO CONFESS HIS SINS IN FRONT OF ALL WHERE SHE TRICKED HIM BY SENDING CHHAYA

GIVING A CHANCE TO INDRA...HE COULD HAVE MADE INDRA CONFESS THE TRUTH IN FRONT OF ALL...

HIDING TRUTH ABOUT BHADRA'S DEATH AND LETTING INDRA GO EASILY...HE COULD HAVE PROVED EVERYTHING JUST LIKE HE DID WHEN HE SHOWED ALL THE SINS OF SANGYA IN FRONT OF DHARMARAJ AND OTHERS
