still this script writer is on 80s - 90s world..

Yes so continues to writer needs to base Payal's character on the educated working girl of the 21st century who also happens to be married, not on an innocent girl who is completely sheltered of the realities in life who refuse to accept the evilness of her in laws and comtinues to believe that a cruel, devil like Jog will change because she hopes/wishes this to happen.
