Who goes to Chennai for honeymoon?!!

In any case, I don't understand why a perfectly reasonable request of Thangamayil's - to go on a honeymoon to spend alone time with her husband - is shown as unreasonable and excessive! That Saravanan is an oaf who can't think for himself is what is wrong, and not Thangamayil wanting to be the focus of her husband.

I would be pissed of as well, if my husband constantly wore a morose and a miserable look and started off about his siblings and how paavam they are everytime I started to talk about something that involves the both of us. I would prefer to go on said honeymoon by myself rather than constantly hear stories about his family and how paavam they are!

These daily soaps have this notorious habit of villainizing perfectly reasonable expectations of women, showing as if they are trying to break up a family just because the men and their families are too stupid to realize that marrying off a son/man means he now has a family of his own and that is what he should prioritize.

There is nothing much to write these days as its the same thing being repeated again and again, absolutely no movement in the storyline. PS is like watching a badly made documentary these days and you are not missing much

The writing team making Kathir take great efforts to unite Gomathi-Gandhimathi but showing no intentions of uniting Raji with her mother. They have given dialogues to Kathir and Raji as of Vel brothers are the only villains and Pandian is not. When Raji explained her father’s qualities and behavior, I don’t see any difference between Muthuvel and Pandian.
Pandian too treats Saravanan and Kuzhali better because they listen to him and didn’t go against his wishes during their marriage. When Kathir made fun of Raji’s father, her chithappa and Kumaravel, it was funny and hypocritical to hear him say how bad they are when his own father is a scumbag🙄

Otherwise the storyline is boring as hell with no progress in any track. Pandian is back to being angry with Meena and Raji, waiting for another Samosa/Athirasam feeding episode to pacify them both🙄

Whatever happened to Saravanan-TM’s honeymoon. Why are the tracks, scenes/sequences so disjointed in PS-2 and its the same track for the couples again and again🙄

TM manipulating Pandian, lying to the family and spending the money. Saravanan is a dummy individual with absolutely zero opinion or voice.

SM ‘s track os all about a Government job for Senthil and acceptance by Meena’s father

KR’s track is all about Kathir’s various gigs, Raji’s tuition gig. It’s the same dialogues for KR in their private conversation.

TBH, I am really losing interest in this show. I couldn't get myself to actually watch any episodes since past 3 weeks. I only went through Insta comments and episode reviews over there. Even KR scenes do not look appealing anymore. The last scene of them which I kind of liked was that cycle sequence. I liked how she demanded to be dropped to college without any hesitation. But of course, the ending was abrupt as usual. I was surprised they did an outdoor shoot with these two alone and that too with good proximity. Never thought it would happen with KR.🤷‍♀️ We can totally give up our expectations of such a scene happening again for the next few months though.

Anyway, coming to the show, Raji can only fight or argue with Kathir. She does not have it in her to stand up for him at all. And KR is just going in circles. Him going on about different jobs and her constant back n forth on tuitions which is again going to blow up. I have no hopes of her taking a stand for herself and Kathir even then. Someone did point out on Insta that Kathir had only 3 months of college left with his final sem coming up. It was a conversation he had with Saravanan when he took up the delivery job. Aandha 3 months innum aa mudiyale??

I will not give even shit's worth of time for Mayil and her idiocities. Good that Meena Raji backed out of the trip. Priya Thambi seems to have rewritten Senthil's character to suit Venkat. Also looks like there is not much of Pandian scolding/taunting Senthil anymore? There was this one KR scene where Kathir reveals to Raji about Senthil's plans (again, thanks to Insta) and says 'aavaru full aa maaritaaru' And I thought, yes yes, aale maaritaru..

Priya Thambi is also vehemently trying to dishwash Pandian and that is all the more shoddier writing.

That 2 hour speacial episode was worse than even fillers. And Indha honeymoon kacheri mudiyave mudiyaathu. It will stretch for the next few weeks. Shabbaa!!

The show is a complete borefest now. They are just showing the same thing again and again except Senthil who has taken a 180 turn. But the laughable part is that he is angry at Pandian who treats him and Meena like a piece of crap yet he shouts back at Meena’s parents but doesn’t have the guts to question Pandian Senthil has now completely turned into Jeeva of PS-1 Meena is too good to be true. The girl lacks self respect big time

Pandian, what a horrible human being who is being justified by the writing team as a righteous, non-biased, affectionate great human being🤮🤮🤮 I will say this again, he is worse than Vel family and Meena’s father.

No comments on KR scenes, they are putting me to sleep with repetitive dialogues and scenes. Just like Kathir says, thoongalaam, lighta anaivhidu, I do the same thing while watch their scenes

Saravanan continues to be a spineless wimp who is hell bent on proving to his brothers on how great their father Pandian is. I clearly see his sycophantic behavior to gain advantage over his brothers from Pandian. All his talk about how feels bad for his brothers when Pandian repeatedly is mean to them both, looks completely fake to me. In short, he is loser of the first order.

No comments on TM, Gomathi, Arasi or Kuzhali- all 4 of them are useless and add no value to anyone’s life or the story

Palani is the best character so far until the writers ruin him.

I really don't like Venkat in this Senthil's role. He was good as Jeeva in PS-1, but this PS-2 Senthil who started off with a bit of innocence and fun does not bode well for Venkat. He is too serious and looks too old for this role. I liked Vasanth (is that his name?) better. He also looks older than Saravanan, certainly doesn't look like the younger brother. His acting also seems exactly like the PS-1 Jeeva.

Whenever Venkat comes on screen, I half expect a Dhanam to show up in the next scene callig out Jeeva and him going "anni"!!!
