Farah Khan, who now sports a big bump with the triplets due soon, has stopped stepping out of her home. But she made an exception for buddy Karan Johar. The Om Shanti Om director featured in the finale of Say Shaava Shaava last night as a special guest. Apart from Farah, even Kareena and Riteish dropped in on the sets.
