Hailaa my tips worked!

Hey darlings,

I am so happy to read Anu's update on Apu's performance on the duet. I had in another post mentioned that Apu should sing either old songs of Kishore Kumar or 90's romantic songs of Kumar Sanu. He sang songs of both Kishore Kumar and Kumar Sanu and he scored 10 from both judges. Yipeee, I am sooo happy that my tips to Apu in song selection worked out.

Good going Apu and continue singing songs of Kishore Kumar or Kumar Sanu, because just like I mentioned in the other post, Apu's voice has the genuinity which is there in the voice of both these great singers. 👏

Girls, don't you also feel that Apu should stick to singing songs of Kishore Kumar, Kumar Sanu or Sonu Nigam? I feel he shouldn't sing songs of Abhijeet, because his voice is really thin when compared to other singers. Apu's voice is a bit majestic type and has a certain bass in it and is very romantic,vibrant and soft. So I feel he should stick to singing songs of Kishore Kumar and Kumar Sanu. What do you girls suggest? Any other singers' songs..that you want to hear Apu singing?😳

Let's discuss what kind of songs Apu should sing to score more marks and which singers' songs he should choose. Darlings, give me your opinions please on what kind of songs Apu should sing and also tell which song you want to hear in Apu's voice.😳

Priya even I feel he shud seet some of KK's song the voice depth he has wud be apt fo these songs.. I have'nt eyt seen the video but def wud love to participate in the disussion !! I watched the 26th Jan episode and he was really cute there I will come back with my POV soon

Priya, great going, Apu took heed to your advice.
I'm the worst person to ask about song selection as i'm a novice when it comes to the old classics and the famous rich voices of the golden era. As far as the modern artists go i feel Apu's deep baritone voice works well for the slower paced love songs. He should sing the ones he is most comfortable with as his sur is perfect when he sings the ones he is familiar with.

Priyu u r right Apu rocks in all Kishore Kumar and Kumar Sonu songs because his voice has got a tremendous Bass 😳 ..

And he is picking up at the right time also 😛 ..

Also his performance has improved by leaps and bounds 😳 ..

Bas now he only needs to cut that ponytail out to b picture perfect 😉 😆 😛

I want Apurva to sing this song: Tu Tu Hai Wahi Dil Ne Jise Apna Kaha!

He sing this song when he was giving a interviwet to India-forum and he sound really good and belive me this song really suit him...

Yes Shanti, I totally agree with you. His voice is quite deep and soft and so romantic. I just love to hear him sing some romantic songs. Do come up with your choice of songs which you feel Apu should sing.😳

Yes, dear, he really did.😉 What you said is quite true regarding old classics. Songs of Kishore Kumar does match with his style of singing. Slow-paced love songs sound delicious.😛 Just wish to hear Apu sing the songs of Aashiqui...songs like Dheere dheere se meri zindagi main aana or main duniya bhulaadoonga, teri chaahat main.😳

Yes, that is right, he should sing only the ones in which he is comfortable and I feel that he is pretty comfortable singing love songs. So which do you want to hear in his voice? Are there any classics which you wish him to sing?😳

Surely he sounds fabulous singing songs of Kishore Kumar and Kumar Sanu. When first I heard him singing a Kishore Kumar song...I first thought it was Kishore Kumar himself singing. That much majestic Apu's voice is.😳

Waise I think he is practising a lot...aur apna dil aur jaan lagaa deta hai Apu jo bhi karta hai..be it acting or singing.😳 Waise if he comes in the DPS looks with a nice haircut and fresh look and that sweet smile of his and starts singing songs...even Simi would forget everything and start giving him 10 for his looks and won't even think of reducing points. Utne cute haina hamare Apu, what say?😉😛

I too have heard him sing that one and yes totally perfect choice. If he sings that one...he will surely score 10/10 and won't go to danger zone too. I feel he should sing that one again for those who haven't heard that one in his voice yet.😳
