Apurva deserved a 9

After watching Apurva's performance I really feel that he was absolutely in sur taal. He sang with lot of passion and depth..I am not being biased but the scores he got is really unfair😭.Someone who sang average got the same score as someone who was far more better.He deserved a 8.5 or 9..definitely not a 7 from both judges.

The judges verdict doesnt go with the scores. I understand that they deliberately gave low marks so that the participants improve and work even harder but but why did they gave full 10 to Sumeet..in the first performance someone cannot be absolutely flawless😕😕 He is a trained singer and this is just being unfair to the other participants who are not more than bathroom singers.Dont u think they are discouraging the other participants.😕

I am yet to watch but looking from the update and what you've said it cud be the point he deserved.. But I still feel he wud rock with old songs !! There are zillions of songs which wud suit his voice better also choice of song may matter !! I lovedwhen he sang Do Dil Mil Rahen Hai in BBB or even the last song in BBB even "Phoolon K Taron Ka " for Mananie in Zee TV's Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai !!
He wud rock with those melodies more !!! 😳

Frankly Speaking I m not at all satisfied with the Marks ...Just because someone does some seductive dance steps doesn't mean u will give 8 marks to her and just because someone sings the song with so much dedication and depth in his voice and forgets to do all that dancing on the stage,u will end up giving him 7 points only ..

I m not saying Apu deserved full points but certainly not 7 😡 ...He should hv got 8-9 marks at least 😳

And I dunno why Sumeet is in this show.,..He is already a Runner-up in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa (Marathi) show and is also a trained singer...Is it fair that he is competing with Actors who r untrained and singing for the first time on stage in a competition??? 😕

I m really Pissed off with the points given by the judges today 😡 ...Giving 6 to Manish and Aman who were completely off key today and then giving just one point more that is just 7 to Apu 😕 ..Huuhhh...is it a joke kya... 😕

I agree that perhaps they scored him low to emphasize the need for participants to carefully select a song that suits their voice and Karan is mightly impressed with Apu so the standards for him are higher. It happens in judging that certain contestants who are already in a league of their own, require harsher judging, to get them to achieve to the best of their potential. Besides this should not faze Apu as he has the support of his fans and it is better that they criticise in the early days to avoid missed opportunities in his future performances. Its easy to get complacent with good scores but constructive criticism will drive him to improve to reach the peak of his talent.

Lekin Jyoti di, singing is only one element of the marking criteria. Apu needs to strike the right balance between his performance and singing in sur. Perhaps, it will be easier for him when he picks a song that is not going to need his full concentration as it will flow easily from his baritone voice.

I am a little confused here, are the contestants singing songs of their own choice?😕or it was the 1st episode so they were given the liberty to choose any.

Dont u think if he chose the old songs then it wud have meant that he can sing limited songs, certain old songs ONLY. Isnt he doing justice with the latest song he chose?😕

No jyoths I didn get the channel yet.I made the post on the basis of ur update.😊I was really pissed off with the scoreboard, so had to post this.

thats more than unfair How can he get a 7?? 😭 i didn't see it yet 😭 but still... i agree AA shud choose more husky style songs...but he always sings in sur 😭
