Actually I think this girl acts very well, her character and acting was perfect until they created the sanveer track. Up until this track she really seemed like she was being barely tolerant of him. They did not develop the track of SanVeer falling in love at all, at least from Veer's point of view there was some sense, but for Saanchi it was very abruptly put together.

Also I dont understand why everyone says she is not beautiful, i find her very pretty. Are we all even in 2017 stuck in the Colonial complex of only "fair" is beautiful.

I think swarda/sanchi is pretty in her own way light or dark skintone doesnt bother me but she doesn't look great at all onscreen with varun/veer. There is something really wrong whenever these two are in one frame. Plus I dont think her acting is great never liked the acting the recent crying of hers was horrendous instead of feeling sorry for sanchi u end up feeling more sorry for pragya and isha. sanchi is giving more value to her hate n her revenge n i just such people who let hate over power love that's why hated ASR in ipk1 but ASR finally realized his love

Here sanchi deserves a chance so its so early to say she doesnt "deserves" veer since u never know so initial ignoring n hurting veer without any fault of his can b forgiven

We forgive many male characters like these who hurt heroines

but yeah if she moves one step further n get married to someone else or hurts veer intentionally not in her anger of revenge but in her full senses then that becomes unforgivable

then i would say sanchi doesnt deserves veer

as far as new female lead for varun is concerned personally i would welcome that with open arms

varun nails romantic n intense scenes but at least an avg actress is required to support him n swarda unfortunately is a bad actress she is trying to improve no doubt but still

I agree for any Jodi to click there has to be a proper buildup of the story here everything was rushed and forced between the two that I just couldn't connect with their pairing and it became obvious they were being given so many scenes only to get the audience to accept them. On top of it there is huge difference in acting between them it almost seems like varun has to act for both of them to make the scene look ok. Idk about butchering of characters I dont think they are butchered sanchi was always irritating and veer's character was undeveloped b4 now I think they are slowly starting to develop him. If I'm honest, whatever love these two felt for each other was nothing more than infatuation it looked very cheesy and childish.
