For once why can't they show one serial which has pure friend ship. I always dreamt of veer and sanchi being best friends forever. But I just cannot accept them as lovers. Unfortunately kabir and sanchi don't suit as best friends. They look ideal for an husband wife pair. Not even boyfriend girlfriend.

In naamkaran also, I always liked avni and Neil as bffs. Why do they have to show every character who doesn't get their love negative.

They are too chickened out to try something different , something with substance and with great acting, everything these days is only being done for ONLY money and fame, that is why the quality of Hindi shows overall sucks

I didn't knw this until a few years ago but Hindi shows back in the 80s and 90s were so much better. The content was interesting and realistic and shows didn't drag for years and years. In fact they only used to give episodes weekly instead of daily. The trp system didn't exist back then which is why they didn't keep recycling the same formulas in their shows. It all started with ekta kapoors K serials in the 2000s which sort of led other tv producers to make similar type of dramatic and regressive shows

That is why I like Pakistani serials alot more, they don't drag...they have max 50-60 episodes. They want to tell a story and they tell it...end of story. What I have noticed is that just like Hindi serials, Pakistani serials also always have triangles...

Its like they cannot create another type of drama then this

With regards to a couple being best friends has anyone here seen Nisha aur Uske cousins. The leads had similar personalities and best friends and not necessarily opposite attract waala policy. Same way for AvNeil. Nok-jhok is nice but when it is forced, it takes away d charm of a couple.

In Pakistani shows, they depict triangle so well that you kind of start feeling bad for the 3rd wheel. But in indian for convenience sake they make the 3rd wheel a negative character so that there is no confusion at all.

I havnt watched any pakistani shows but I have read a lot of information about it. Most things are so much more realistic from the costumes, makeup, story, setting and the characters don't just consist of good and bad there are grey shaded ones too.

I have also noticed that most Hindi soaps never really focus on indian Muslims, christians, Sikhs and Buddhists 😕 they are almost always exclusively Hindu I dont have a problem with Hindus or anything but its just sad to hardly ever see a show with a different religion.
