I so wish this happens in the show as well. But my only doubt is that even veer can take this step. But yes if veer marries saanchi, they both will be thrown out from their house as well as hospital. Then how in the earth will saanchi complete her mbbs degree. Atleast if she marries kabir, she may not lose anything.

But don't you think after marrying kabir, Saanchi's surname should change.Why is her name still saanchi mishra. I always felt marriage is the only solution for Saanchi's this fraudulent method. And yes malhotra should not know about her surname till she gets her degree. When her degree is issued, it should be issued under some other surname, neither mishra nor agarwal. For kabir to marry saanchi, he has to come to know about malhotras misdeeds. Otherwise he will never support saanchi and go against dr malhotra.

@Pilot: Surname issue, I thought to clear it in upcoming chapter. In the show I dont really know how being senior and best doctor, Kabir is unaware of Maphotra's deeds. Maybe Sanchi will unveil it for him, sooner or late! In this story: I think a flashback i will give you for what actually happened in upcoming days.
