The cops rescue Arushi but she refuses to go with them. She tells them to save Vihaan. The life guard informs them that they couldn't find Vihaan. Arushi loses her mind and refuses to believe what they say. She faints and is taken home.
On waking up, Arushi asks the caretaker if they found Vihaan. The cops tell that they will find him. The inspector wants to inform the family but Arushi says she doesn't want them to know anything or else they'll be worried. Right then, she receives a call from home and the mothers ask for Vihaan. Arushi says he is in the bathroom and they shouldn't worry as everything is fine. Babita feels that something is just not right.
Standing on the cliff, Arushi says she won't lose hope and tells them to find Vihaan at any cost. An officer informs them that they've found a dead body. Mili is playing with Jhanvi and while playing, accidently water spills on the floor. Kasturi saves Jhanvi before she falls and reprimands Girish for not taking care of Jhanvi.
Babita sees the news on TV wherein a couple was saved from drowning. Arushi goes to the morgue to identify the body and recalls the moments she spent with Vihaan.
Babita calls up Arushi to check if everything is fine but the maid answers the call. She informs Babita that Vihaan's missing. Meanwhile, Arushi reaches home and grabs the phone immediately from the maid. A worried Babita asks Arushi what exactly happened and Arushi tells her that the body she identified wasn't Vihaan. Babita says she is coming and Arushi requests her not to inform the family.
