I've decided! From today onwards, I'll check the Written Update first in the DesiTVBox page...If I like it, then I'll watch the rpt telecast next day! Yesterday's epi was a complete torture...I can't bear this anymore! :|

Ranjana, Sidney, I'm not surprised 8.4's episode went the way it did. Typical "triangle" and interloper idiocy. πŸ₯± I agree on the written updates, Sidney. That's what I do as well since I see the episodes later than you all. Whatever it takes to get through this.

Aarushi was awesome and saved this 8.4 episode, since the writing has reduced Vihaan to a pawn and a sad version of himself at the moment (head buried in the arm of a crazy woman who is using his amnesia for her benefit, and assaulting his wife and mothers). Aarushi rallied the Moms and kept Manohar's spirits up as much as she could. Then she took on the Petite Wacko's challenge by striking at the heart of Wacko's insecurities -- in Aarushi herself, in Vihaan, and in Arhaan. Aarushi isn't scared of her, but Aarushi terrifies her and Aarushi knows it. Aarushi needs to help get Vihaan back to his awesomeness so that they can be awesome together again.

The preview is something I anticipated since last Tuesday or Wednesday -- Vihaan protecting the Wacko because she's all he knows post-accident. Based on what happens in 8.4, I'm unsure what leads to his ultimatum. Vihaan could be making this decision on his own. Or the Wacko could have manipulated this move as a response to Aarushi's counter-challenge. Will have to see what the motivation is. Whatever the motivation, won't be surprised if Aarushi is the one who ensures they stay or encourages one of the Moms to speak up, and the Wacko is promised all the trappings of "bahu-hood". If not Aarushi, then the Moms will probably break down and say they'll do what he wants. Anything to keep Vihaan home. If that's what happens, how I wish they could lay down some conditions of they're own, but their hands seem to be tied.

Ranjana, not surprised about the central focus. The amount of time they gave her mental process and reactions since the end of June indicated, to me at least, that this is the Wacko's story. Vihaan-Aarushi appear to be minor players in her story, victims of her psychosis. In a matter of episodes, she's transformed from a quiet intrusive creep to a brazen chatterbox vampire who is running circles around lead characters twisted like pretzels to service her crazy. Now it's evolving into an Aarushi vs. Wacko story with shades of Vihaan-Wacko and a promise of Vihaan-Aarushi. πŸ˜† I'm bracing for additional Vihaan-Wacko scenes, complete with Wacko telling Vihaan he needs to stay away from Aarushi. She pretends she's as sweet as peach around him and reveals the viper she truly is with everyone else. What a rude awakening he's in for, if the CVs let him have one before he has memory recovery. πŸ˜† Regardless, the CVs/writing need to start moving this along. Don't know how TRP viewers are feeling about this week so far two days in, but, for me, this is beginning to feel stagnant because Wacko's blustering and blackmailing has eaten two episodes whole. We'll see how Wednesday goes. The character is not meant to be liked, but she could at least be entertaining if she's sucking up so much airtime. She is neither. For the sake of storytelling, I understand certain things need to be established first on Vihaan's mental state and so on before they move forward, but I'm already exhausted (there's only so much eye-rolling I can do before I get a massive headache). IMHO, Vihaan-Aarushi scenes as well as Vihaan-Moms scenes need to start showing up sooner rather than later to help move story along and break up the monotonous insanity. But it's out of our hands. I'm just going to ride this out.

On the baby, I'm unsure why the baby hasn't played a role yet, if it's meant to. That may be a good thing. In the long run, it was better the baby was not a point of focus in Wacko's actual challenge or Aarushi's response. Let that craziness be about Aarushi's real connect with Vihaan vs. the Wacko's fake foolishness. Also, IMHO, the baby shouldn't be the reason Aarushi re-connects with Vihaan. It might be better if they are allowed to recover on their own steam, and they've got plenty of it. The CVs just have to stop being so scared to explore it. I'm still at a loss as to why they needed Aarushi pregnant at all, so maybe the baby may figure into the track later and be put in danger, as Sidney and I were speculating earlier. Or maybe there's something else we haven't yet considered.

Forgot about this from earlier:
@Peacejoylove - Your post made me laugh so hard LOLLOL how I wish the CVs/writers see the posts and realise that they are making bigger fools of themselves with every passing day DeadLOLLOL
πŸ˜† I hope the CVs find it funny too. Maybe it's intentional because they've really taken leaps into parts unknown with her. They have her rationalize so ridiculously that they can't be serious about her. Yet they have her taking up so much precious airtime and undermining smarter, more important characters logic be damned.

Well currently what I'm speculating is that, maybe moms will now plan & pretend infront of vihaan that they've accepted wacko as their DIL & then stab the b***h from behind! :D and she being a dumb vamp, wont be able 2 apprehend d mom's real intentions! :p

Moms will deliberately create situations where wacko will commit mistakes & vihaan will get irritated wid her while on the other hand, he'll get drawn towards a calm, sweet-natured, versatile arushi :D

Oh sneaky, Sidney! I like it. I like it alot, especially since it caters for their pact in 8.4's episode. Your speculation would work a lot better than what I was imagining, since my spec was based more on how they've been written during the last week or so. If your spec is the route the writing takes or something along those lines, then I would actually enjoy watching her hit this wall of Vatsal women.

Keep these specs coming, Sidney. I love this -- a sort of divide and conquer approach. Really hope the writing allows for something along these lines. We'll see, but this can definitely play out, if the CVs are really going to rebuild Vihaan's relationships with Aarushi and his Moms. Maybe I'm too impatient; it just seems really important right now that they start weaving things like this in. We'll see how things go.

Hehehe :D but no matter, how much we speculate, CVs will go on their own way :| this track will actually be watchable & enjoyable only if the CVs go on this line...

And I made this spec based on that article that came out on SS twitter page "7 saas start harassing vibha" ...Till now CVs haven't shown anything like that...So maybe this will happen now when the moms will find no other way 2 teach her some good lessons!

@peacejoylove - Seriously, it was those few moments when Aarushi showed that psycho her place that made the episode tolerable. The calm and simple derision in Aarushi's eyes and tone were palpable, and the insults were nicely written and delivered πŸ˜† yeah... I'm also hoping that they will move on with Vihaan's role in the track since they have established his mental and emotional state in the last two epis. This line you wrote - "Aarushi needs to help get Vihaan back to his awesomeness so that they can be awesome together again." - is glowing with awesomeness πŸ˜³πŸ˜†πŸ˜³ Am missing Vihaan's scenes sooo much
And your assessment of the wacko is so accurate. Vamps can also have charisma and they can be entertaining in a nasty sort of way. But this psycho comes across as simply delusional, petty and ridiculous πŸ˜•πŸ˜† I get furious when she hovers around Vihaan, but in all her other scenes with the moms and Aarushi, I feel like laughing at her πŸ˜† Hilarity is Not something a vamp should induceπŸ˜† I feel it is a result of both sloppy characterisation and ineffective performance. Maybe she is still getting under the skin of the character. if that is the case, then she needs to do it faster since she has become the focal point of this show πŸ₯±

That was an unexpectedly enjoyable episode πŸ˜† mazaa aa gaya! Got my old mischievous and feisty Aarushi back! 😈 πŸ˜† Am so happy the CVs made her come up with that idea. It wouldn't have been half as fun for me if one of the moms had thought of it. This is the Aarushi I love! πŸ˜ƒ Moms also were cool and funny πŸ˜† Esp Mini maa! haha πŸ˜† Loved her "ashirwaad" moments with the psycho πŸ˜† Knowing our CVs, none of this good stuff is going to last πŸ˜” but if they give at least one such good and fun scene regularly, it will be really great. Performance-wise, all were awesome today! And DhaVish - ⭐️⭐️ Mugdha's restrained acting is a delight! and Ravish makes me feel like I'm seeing someone fresh but familiar when Vihaan comes onscreen. Both are super amazing!

Precap was hyper melodramatic πŸ˜† but theek hain... Zee can't do without those scenes πŸ˜†

Kasturi and Girish scene was also good for a change. Am actually glad they're showing Girish's grey side again. His overnight transformation into an epitome of goodness had seemed v unrealistic. But they are bringing him back to normal again πŸ˜†
