If you ask me what's my favourite Somini scene? The answer till today was quite simple for me the lift scene prior to their wedding because it was there when I first noticed the intense chemistry between Somini ❤️ the unease, the hesitation yet the undeniable attraction was so amazingly portrayed and conveyed by Mohit and Shiny there that we still remember it as one of the best scenes. But tonight things have changed a little as we finally after such a long and excruciating wait got a scene which is on par with that scene. And finally a scene that has done justice to Somini as a couple in love. Because romance isn't all about eyelocks, flashbacks and songs playing in the background 😆 It's about connection between a couple, an emotional connect that not only binds them to each other but also reaches out and touches the audience. And tonight we got a glimpse of it and boy does it make us crave for more or what!! 😲 They better do justice to Somini as a couple and Mohiny as performers from now onwards because their pairing and chemistry is the best thing about the show and the makers should realise and capitalise on that only.
Talking about the scene I don't even know where to begin because there were so many subtle little moments that touch you. From Somu's anxiety over losing her to Sarojini pacifying him gently and assuring him that nothing is gonna happen to her. The way she lovingly placed her hand on his cheek made it look so real and relatable it's these little things and gestures that actually alleviate a scene to a new level and I'm a sucker for such little things. As long as I have with you by my side Somendra nothing is gonna happen to me. The trust and faith in him was so evident there. And then comes my favorite dialogue when Somendra lovingly cups her face and tells her that you've become my habit now and it's the most beautiful habit ❤️ ❤️ I can't tell you how many times have I replayed that part
It's got to be one of the most romantic dialogues that I've heard and it had the exact same effect on Sarojini as she melts in to her arms in a very possessive I would never let you go kinda hug❤️ it's the best Somini hug ever!! It was so natural, emotional and fierce and intense at the same time you could feel their turmoil and helplessness through it 😭 Mohit and Shiny portrayed it brilliantly 👏 The comfort level between them is quite evident here and that's why it has managed to make that desired impact so bravo you two 👏 And then comes another favourite little moment of mine when after the hug they silently join their heads together as if praying for strength to get through this separation
😭 Such little things really get to you they reminded me of the star crossed Romeo and Juliet there so desperately in love, so intensely they want to be together but aren't allowed by the circumstances
😭 After watching this scene I just wanna request the makers to please focus more on these two they seriously have so much potential. Let it be explored thoroughly.
