The episode starts with Daadaji's explaining plan to saro, he says autodriver will take her to the hospital. Saro asks what about the ambulance. He says ambulance will take them at 12pm midnight outside the hospital. Just then they hear Dushynath's yelling. He shouts at Nirjhara for bad smell coming out of his cloth. He throws it on her face and walks off angrily abusing her as snake. Sapna says to saro that she must be enjoying their MIL's humiliation. She says that they are humiliating themselves. She says like a wife should respect her hubby, hubby should do the same for wife as well. Dadiji asks if she means her son doesn't respect his wife. According to her Dushynath respects her enough & that's why they are living together happily all these years.
Meanwhile Dushynath shouts again asking another service else he will bring a new wife who can do duties well. Saro speaks that they should understand that what Dushynath does with them is wrong. Then she says in mind that she'll leave this house after 12 p.m..
In hospital, Manu is blabbering sitting with Somu. She says she can do anything for him. Somu asks her to change the setting of his cabin as he hot bored by this setting. Manu feels happy and starts replacing the furniture as per his order. She falls while pushing the sofa. Somu asks her to leave but she proudly keeps doing. She asks him if it's fine now but somu cunningly keeps saying the setting is still not fine. So she keeping moving the furniture again & again.
In kitchen saro and Indira are cooking. Saro tells her to restrain and she will do rest herself. Indira insists to let her cook as this is the only way she feels like a human in this house. She says all here treats her like goddess & never let her do any household works. She gets emotional and hugs saro saying she'll miss her a lot and wish her to have here. Dushynath hears them and asks where will his artificial DIL go. Indira lies that as there are two DILs here now so she can't get who will stay here ultimately. Dushynath says she's devi & need not worry about all these & if someone has to go from here it'll be saro only. He leaves asking Indira to inform her mother that today they won't send lunch to hospital as sangram singh is sending foods for Somu & Manu having pizza. Indira tells saro happily that its a great chance for her as Dushynath will be away from home tonight.
In hospital Manu asks Somu to have a bite of pizza as she can eat after him only. He says no but she keeps insisting. He finally throws it from her hand and prays to God when he'll get rid of this girl. Manu says he can't get rid of her easily.
Saro is walking out of house stealthily when someone taps on her shoulder. She turns to find it Indira. She gives her key of door which dadaji has given to her. Saro thanks her but mistakenly drops a jar while lifting her bag. Nirjhara comes out hearing the sound of dropping. They hide behind a pillar quickly & dadaji comes to rescue them. He lies to nirjhara that he dropped the jar in dark. Saro and Indira comes out after she goes & thank him as only due to his help she is capable of escaping. She bids them goodbye & leaves for hospital.
Somu is waiting for saro anxiously. Saro is coming to hospital. Her auto passes by goon's jeep. However she manages to hide her face. She distinguishes herself as a nurse and waits outside the cabin as sangram's goons are guarding the door. Entering inside she signals somu to come with her. Somu is amazed to see her nurse avatar. She puts sleeper in his feet. He goes to stop her. Manu wakes up by their noise and saro quickly hides below the bed. They manage to pass the guards & comes to the corridor. Somu thuds on the wheelchair. Saro asks him to be careful. He says when there is so much calmness in heart why should he be careful. They shares a mini eyelock there
Meanwhile Manu catches them red hand. She wakes up the guards & scolds them for falling asleep. Saro says somu's MRI couldn't be done due to faulty machines so she's taking him for the test now. Manu asks why didn't she wake her as she has come here for Somu's service only. Somu says he has asked her not to wake Manu. Manu takes the wheelchair from Saro's hand and tells her to direct her which way to go as she'll be with Somu all the time. Somini gets nervous.

Precap: Somini's ambulance stops on the road. Driver says it can't move further as the road has been blocked by stones. Someone knocks on the door of ambulance. Somu opens it to find Manu standing with sangram singh & goons.
