How can Adi plan to marry Namrata?

What I don't understand is, how is Adi already dreaming/planning to get married to Namrata? I mean, he never expressed his feelings to her. She never showed any partiality to him. Then how did he come to the conclusion that she will marry him?

I don't like this. He is going to end up getting seriously hurt, if he does not tell her ASAP!!!

What good would it do if he did tell her though? She'll probably end up quitting or something. 😕 He can't plan on marrying her without telling her either, but I don't think he should tell her just yet. She's still in love with Karthik..
