3 Santaan or 4 Santaan !?

I have just started watching this drama....i quite like too..but i am confused about some thing.....i try to go back and look for but couldn't find....so i hope it's ok for me to post this msg.....

anyways...do they 3 kids or 4?? and if 4 how come he is not there with them?

well its 4 santaaan!!

da first were twins kartik n adi... out of wich gayu gave adi to tapasya(gayatris bhabhi)as she din have any kids of her own.....
