This is big for the loyal fans of Colors' Sanskaar ' Dharohar Apnon Ki (Anahita / Cinemantra Productions). The bubbly charming lead of the show, Shamin Mannan has been replaced!!
Yes, you heard it right!!!
Many would wonder what could have led to the decision. Of course, identical was the query in our mind when the buzz hit us.
So we decided to dig deep...
A credible source from the industry confided in us that the cause was Shamin's health issues. The girl, in fact, has gotten frail and weak. The ever hectic life of shooting for a daily soap has taken a toll on the lovely bird.
"She has even fainted many a times on the sets. The channel and production house were co-operative and till date, allowed Shamin to recuperate. However, the growing demands of the track have finally made way for the replacement. Shamin was informed about her substitute today, and the girl has amicably parted ways," the source further revealed.
When contacted, Shamin confirmed this piece of news to Rival site saying, "Yes, I am now out of Sanskaar. Stress and weakness has taken a toll. I was shooting for the show till yesterday. I am so weak that I keep have breathing problems every now and then. The doctor has advised me complete bed rest for a week. The production house tried their level best to adjust, but today I was informed that it was getting tough for them to shoot. I actually need rest for some more time, so we mutually parted ways."
So does this development make you sad, we asked Shamin. "Yes, it is a sad feeling but as you know daily soaps need to go on. I tried my best in spite of my illness. Even the production house and channel co-operated a lot. I understand their limitation. But looking forward, I will get well very soon and will look for new opportunities in the near future."

The pretty actress who has replaced Shamin is Kadambari Kadam of Teen Bahuraniyan fame.
Kadambari has been quite active in the Marathi entertainment circuit and is making a comeback of sorts in Hindi television with Sanskaar. We also got a confirmation from Kadambari who told us, "Yes, I will play the role of Bhoomi in Sanskaar. I will start shoot immediately."
We tried contacting Producer Swapna Waghmare Joshi but could not get through to her.
