Actually sanjavni is not at loss

Vardhaan has given wrong estimation of sanjavni that sanjavni is at loss. He just don't want to use that money to treat poor patient. He only want to treat rich patient and want to put poor patient life in risk

Dr juhi is not realizing and unknown that due to vardhaan trick lot of poor patient can be life be at stake. She is not realizing that vardhaan is playing with life of poor patient

That second hand machine will not work for longer time and it may not give proper result and lot of poor patient will be deprived from proper treatment ment and with in few another machine will again buy and lot of money will be wasted in buying just machine

That is why Dr shashank is due to concern for poor patient he is against second hand machine
