In few lines the update until yesterdays epi is that Anjali exposed Shashank's love for Juhi & Dr. Juhi was shattered hearing it and though Shashank has told Juhi that he fired her because of Rahul he hasn't cleared his stand whether he loves him or not. Sid took a beat saving Ishani from Goons and Ishani is now Lovestruck and taking care of Sid while the hospital has realised that she has fallen in love with Sid. And Vardhan has a secret room in Luxury ward where Dr Rahul treats the patients.

Dr Rahul treats the patient that means though he is here to take the revenge but still he is a good in heart.👍👍

We donno Faria whether he is treating the patient or not?? I just hope what you said is true.. However i Haven't watched today's episode yet.. Maybe they give a clue as to whether he actually treats the patients or not..
