Does anyone here agree with what Dr Sid did with Mr Desai for the blood samples?
I personally don't agree no-one as a doc is entitled to do so even if it means saving the life of your patient. There are legal bindings and everyone needs to follow that. Entire Sanjivani might have to pay the price for his acts and his career finished forever.

He is doing all wrong and irrelevant things which are not to be appreciated. When shashank operation was happening he simply roamed around cafeteria to search for rich patient. Instead of being a doctor he may be given any other job in sanjivani. It is my point of opinion. If anyone disagree with please ignore this post.
Also just wanted to know what's the necessity of her father's samples even if it is a genetic disease? I mean I guess there would be some tests to confirm the disease in the girl directly right? Does anybody here know?
No i dont support him in this ! That was plain filmy and i dont support such stuff in a mature medical show like Sanjivani. Ishani was more mature that time than Sid. Though i felt sad that due to this Sid's 6 months salary got scrapped but he deserves a punishment for his own good.

Exactly and apart from the jail his licence to practice as a doctor can be cancelled. The writers need to really be careful before showing these things. Concerns for your patient doesn't give him licence to knock down someone.👎🏼

It's not about other job.... my post mainly refers to his methods of getting things done. No-one doubts his intentions as a doctor but the writers need to think about the code of conduct laid down for the doctors before showing such acts. It's not acceptable at all.

I'll have to check up the details.... had read about it long back but since it's a rare disease I haven't encountered any patient till now. But the way they showed Ishani instantly making a diagnosis of Refsums ds it's surprising as in our field the dictum is .... you're rarely correct if you make a rare diagnosis.
This has been taught to me since mbbs days so I find it really annoying but nevertheless I've left logic behind seriously 😆

Ok I don't know about scrapping of salary as I missed tdays episode. But yes such acts deserve punishment for their own good 👍🏼
