And definitely their lives outside of the hospital, especially for Ishani.

Yes please, a break from the hospital and patients won't be bad.

Well bonding between character in serial is not complete missing

Bonding is there . Some has selfless bonding ( not to be mistaken as love)like in case of dr shashank and Dr juhi. Some has selfish bonding like in case of vardhaan and Anjali

Some are gradually moving towards bonding like in case of Dr ishani and Dr sid

Some have less bonding. Some have high bonding but bonding is there. Nature of bonding between different characters is different but there is bonding

In case of Dr ishani and Dr sid. Both are new to each other so when two person are new to reach other then it will be almost impossible to have bonding with each other so early but when both keep meeting each other and keep working together for long time then their bonding will become more strong

In case of Dr Anjali and Dr vardhaan. Both are started supporting each other for their own selfish each reason so there is bonding between Anjali and vardhaan but selfish bonding

In case of Dr shashank and Dr juhi. Their bonding( not love)is best and CVS has already shown selfless bonding between them many times

Dr shashank and Dr Anjali. They have mix bonding

Dr shashank and Dr sid. . Dr sid and Dr shashank may have not spend time together but Dr shashank do show indirectly bonding to sid by saying to Dr ishani that sid ko kahin naukri nahi milegi

Dr sid and Dr juhi are also new to each other even Dr ishani and Dr juhi are new to each other so at such early stage when almost character are new to each other so there will be not much bonding but as I said when when they start meeting each other frequently then will start developing bonding with each other

I think they need to focus a little bit more on their lives after their lives after work. Little more dimension for all characters required. And also, it will be more good if they show Ishaani and Sid's characters scenes in a subtle way. We got it Ishaani is very intelligent doctor who is so quick in identifying issues..and Sid as a very understanding and caring Doctor who knows how to handle his patients.. but these scenes are being repetitive. It's quite boring to see them as perfect doctors who resolves every case so quickly. It would be more realistic if they need some help from Dr. Juhi and Dr. Shashank. There was an amazing bonding between Dr. Juhi and Dr.Shashnk.. Even Dr. Sid and Dr. Ishaani having similar kind of bonding too would have been good since one being a senior and another as Junior. Of course Dr. Ishaan might be not having good opinion about Dr. Sid's way of doing things but he is good at his work and her senior. I don't mind Ishaani being good at her work and better that Dr. Sid but it would be more realistic if she was needed help from him in doing things practically as it her first time but she is doing everything on her own... Infact it's been being shown that she knows everything and is not needed to learn anything ..

I'll compare this to Grey's Anatomy ( which I stopped watching after Derek died because it became so diluted and boring). I believe those elements that show had initially will help Sanjivani more than the likes of New Amsterdam/Good Doctor as again this is a TRP audience.

They need to show real bonds and friendships form, there needs to be a group of people who look out for each other and have chemistry , it can't just be about the lead couple. Only out of that can you create conflicts, like why would i care if two random doctors are fighting? But I would care if these people had a close bond which is now going to break due to any issue.

You also can't have people coming in and going, we need regular characters who can stay and have atleast two to three months of solid comedy, interactions, bond building and most importantly - interesting medical cases!

Lastly ofcourse the main couple needs to have chemistry - I personally don't see it right now but this could build over time, if it doesn't makers shouldn't be afraid to EXPLORE and even have two lead couples.

I think makers have a challenge due to time restrictions, its very hard to condense medical shows like this to ITV format.

I agree that male lead has to improve his acting skills a lott. Scenes just fall flat. Was fine in his first television show. Yeh pyaar nahi toh kya hai.

Some scenes in the show look too forced right now. They need to up their game.

Leads chemistry is actually needed many shows out there start to gain trp when focus is on the leads like YRKKH is about Kaira, YRHPK is about Misbir even Ishqbaaaz started to gain more ratings when they started to focus on the leads story. Without the leads story this show wouldn't survive for long, it's just my pov but Itv depend on leads chemistry, this show wouldn't last for long with just medical issues.

Like, i would like to watch..

Juniors going for a roadside dinner party aftee the shifts are over..

Some pranks..

Some moments of relaxation..

Some moments of tiredness.

Nobody ever seems tired here! I mean there's lot go inside a hospital everyday. We would like to wtach those moments.

BOLD: I agree. It's like hospital consumes their entire life. What do medical students or residents do aside from hospital related stuff?

Agree with this. Couple's story progression and their lives outside Sanjivani are needed to be shown.

If not anything else they atleast keep complaining about their unsocial and hectic life. ;)
