I think, it has to do with neeti's blood group. O negative is quite a rare blood group and generally people don't have that blood group amd in accidents cases it's a miracle if you could arrange that blood group in time. So, if a person has even o negative blood group it wouldn't be the case that his liver matches with her.

I think Ishani will donate a portion of her liver.

However I do have a different perspective. As far as I’m aware an alcoholic cannot be on a donor listing until they are sober for at least six months or so before they become eligible. The reasoning behind that is that the patients liver may actually restore functioning and they are actually serious about making a change in their life. Also, there is a selection committee who gets to decide who should be the one receiving the transplant in such situation.

As much as I enjoyed the conflict shown in the episode today, I would have very much loved to see a real handling of such cases😊

I know and I'm part of youth red cross organisation and in our Camps generally a lot of blood donors comes. So, moving on I think family members do that if they get matched. Maybe not everyone but few people still do that

Yeah, nowadays people have started to do it as its well promoted. I wasn’t saying without any basis.. It was showed on a study.. And the majority of people who donates blood are realted to medical field.

I am happy that its changing now. But i myself had to convince a lot of people for blood donation.. They always have so many issues for not donating blood. i am not actively associated with blood donation programme but I am close enough. Its a noble thing to do.

You are right, both of them are right in their own way, so we will get to see two different perspectives in each case.

Gradually I'm liking this show. I liked the episode . They are not showing the cliche romcom things. They are exploring it. I liked how they are showing the morals and humanity cannot go hand on hand every time and you have to choose one over the other. This time Dr Sid is right in every way legally and morally. The recipient list has been tampered and Neeti is suffering for some who doesn't even respect his own body parts and wants to drink before surgery. I hate this man!

Sometimes the oath that doctor would treat patient without any discrimination becomes a hurdle for his own job and poor Ishani tolerating this man because of this.

Overall I'm excited to see how they will solve this issue.

Actually there are two types of liver transplant one is whole liver transplant where donor is a deceased one and one is partial liver transplant where donor is living.

There are various scoring system which takes account different factors of patient and donor to decide the type of transplant.

Here Im assuming both the patients need whole liver transplant due to their severity and availability plus there are donor's criteria too. Not everyone can donate to everybody and also the bitter truth is not everyone one wants to donate their body parts.

May be this time ishani win and sid learn a lesson that there is no need to break the rules everytime and later ishani and sid find out about list tempering it's just a prediction.
