But that alcoholic is in this position because he himself responsible. We all know that alcohol is bad for health still he chooses that path and dieing. Whereas that girl did not choose that illness.

Again i say it is a TV show not any short documentary film. We should wait to see final closure of this case, like that operation of terrorist daughter. They are showing different views prevailing in the society through different characters and their ideologies but i am sure finally everything will be put in a reasonable manner and ofcourse we should not expect 100% reasonable. Why people are so judgemental about Sanjivali, did they watch any TV series that is 100% reasonable only the degree matters. Again this is not documentary.

However I do have a different perspective. As far as I’m aware an alcoholic cannot be on a donor listing until they are sober for at least six months or so before they become eligible. The reasoning behind that is that the patients liver may actually restore functioning and they are actually serious about making a change in their life. Also, there is a selection committee who gets to decide who should be the one receiving the transplant in such situation.

As much as I enjoyed the conflict shown in the episode today, I would have very much loved to see a real handling of such cases😊

I think this is the reason Dr Rishabh is not showing his reports to anyone because I feel that have said that he have stopped drinking and ready to be operated otherwise Ishani already detected that patient was heavy drinker so liver is damaged then why did Dr Rishabh hide the reports. So I feel this is the reason.

I really like this episode because for the first time I don't know who is right and who is wrong here? I don't think either Sid and Ishani are wrong both of them have a point and an interesting take on the situation

It's a Conflict between rules and work, Ishani is right in her view just because a man is an alcoholic doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to live and it's a hospital rules to save all patients no matter what...but Sid is right and have a point too because what's the point of giving him another liver when he's gonna damage this one as well with alcohol? Better give it to someone who deserve it instead!

I loved how they shown the conflict. This is how balance should be there rather than showing one completely right and other one isn wrong light. Both are right at their respective views.

I liked the dialogue of Dr Ishani that we are not gods to decide that who should live and who should not. She wants to save Niti too so now lets see how she does that as Dr Sid have challenged her.

On a serious note I feel Dr sid is right. We can't follow rules and regulations all the time. Some time we have to break that to take right decision.

It all depends. Neither one is perfectly right at their places. Sometimes few things can be done with rules and regulations and sometimes we do need to break some rules. Also it all comes from our own experience on how we behave at situation.

Thou I found both right at their stand but I disagree with Dr Sids view that alcoholic patient can be left to die. In his judaag to help poors he somewhere ignores rich patient which should be his learning that not all rich are some monsters who need to be hated.

I loved the part that We are doctors not gods who can decide who should live or die. As a doctor its their responsibility to save him. How his name came on list or not is not their concern. I feel Vardhan and Rishabh have done gochi here as Rishabh is not showing his reports to anyone.

Just because he is alcoholic, a doctor can not leave him for dying. That liver came in name of her patient. Now that gochi was done by Vardhan and Rishabh but she does not know that. She saw list and received it for alcoholic patient. And she did not leave that girl also to die. We are yet to see how she saves her because she told Sid that she will save her. If not any solution then I am sure she will get that liver itself and save her. but saying that since person choose alcohol and himself responsible so they should leave him for dying. Then in that case those who try to do suicide should be saved as they themselves tried to kill self.

Clash of ideologies. Loved the episode.

For me sid and Ishani both are right .

My heart says to give liver to Neethi but ethics says to give it to abay . Because as a doctor we just can't leave him to death because he is alcoholic. Doctors are not supposed to show partiality for them all are equal . But I just hope Neethi get saved at right time by getting a donor .looking forward for tomorrow. I want Ishani to win the challenge.

same. My heart says to give to Niti but ethics says give to Abhay. And doctors can not show partially or say that since you yourself choose to drink we will not save you. I am looking forward to see how Niti gets saved.

Kalvin so true. I think Sanjivani is judged too much by everyone.

Totally case closure it yet to happen and we are yet to see the message they are trying to send. Last case with terrorist daughter was shown that how Dr Sids jugaad was needed to save her and at last Dr Juhis word concluded that she is a patient for them and they have responsibility of trying to save her.

This case is gonna show that not every time rule breaking is needed and also doctors can not be partial towards one patient. so we need to wait and watch.

Yes they are just finding ways to criticize, specifically in case of Ishani character. The best example is yesterday's comments. In my view i am enjoying ideologies of all the characters but they are ready to be flexible according to situations.

I understand that, but this alcoholic man needs to be saved too. They need to do something so that both of their patients survive.
