writers failed here..they should have handled this differently...like for eg- gave sid a chance of explaining himself and like always with his charm and jugaad he could have proven himself not guilty...but they compromised with ishani char to glorify sid...
but i want to say two things
1. ishani cant withdraw her complaint since she already sent the proof.
2. she cant say she misunderstood the situation since the video had clear audio quality

Let the story unfold and I am almost sure sid will be standing in a tough situation later in future.
Today's episode was good not bad anyway .
And dude, none of the characters apart from Vardhaan make any sense whatsoever. And this while we are on the 12th episode. And tomorrow if that rich patient suffers because of Robinhood Mathur, I will take it that Ishani was an accomplice too along with Juhi and the biggest Sid fan boy Shashank. More Shashank, because he is total failure as a CEO. What is even doing, if he has to rely on Sid's scams to treat the poor
If first year resident is doing liver transplant there cant be a stupider series on this planet 🤣🤣 Making joke of medical professionals 🤬even a senior surgeon cant be capable enough to do liver transplant unless hes superspecialised in vascular surgery hadd hai bewakuf writer ki n whoevers the creative n fighting over box containing a human's vital organ in this a comedy show or what the hell 😲

little disagreement only with respect to liver transplantation operation... in that list neeti was the one who had the priority...thats why nurse informed him first and he was happy that now neeti will have her operation...after that only she was rushed to hospital bcoz of her deteriorating health... but rishab changed her name with his rich patient's name...
i cant digest this age old concept of rich Vs poor and rich ppl r always bad...
but yeah as per original hospital records that neeti was the one who had her name first but rishab changed that for his convenience...
Agreed but as per Sid too that other patient also has 3 hours and why does Sid have to decide everything. Who the hell is he? Why do they have a CEO and a chief of surgery if Mr. Robinhood can take all the call in the hospitals. Who the hell is he to decide that rich patient ka treatment delay karenge?
She said she edited video. Can anyone be dumb to claim g wrong deeds in front of board members. She destroyed her own credibility and made a joke of her principles and rules.

So she made herself the culprit in front of all for saving dr Sid? She could have been suspented for this. This could have made sense if she was already in love with him. Because any other excuse looks lame. She could have just withdrawn her complain, or missed the meeting to cancel his suspension.

Because he’s a senior resident doctor with authority to decide line up of the case. I hope you understand the meaning of decentralisation. Such lineup can be decided by senior resident doctors in case attending doctors r nt present. And FYI, if the case isn’t complicated most of the attending doctors don’t even handle such cases. So Dr Sid has the right to decided this just like Dr Rishabh. I have worked in the medical field so I know this. Stop bashing unnecessarily please!

Why? She said to Sid that she did this for Dr Shashank n others who love him too much for the work he does. Full justification is given in the latter part of the episode on what she feels. And she most importantly, she isnt alone in the Board room with Vardhan n other members. Dr Shahshank n Juhi r very much there n she knows they’ll support her on such a decision. No ways this episode looks FLAWED as quoted by the topic poster.
