Dr ishani is very emotional sensitive to patient. She can't tolerate any pain of patient that is why she those words. It is not over confidente which make ishani like this but is her sensitivity toward patient which make ishani react like this

I have seen some spoilers and it mentioned Dr Shashank will be paralyzed and Dr Juhi will take his position... Though am not sure if the spoilers are trustable or not...

Unless you didn't see the promo, let me remind you it's an accident spot with many many victims and limited doctors. Unless you want all doctors to ignore rest victims to come join ishani so that she can say 'we will save you'.

Ishani is over confident and impulsive there is no doubt in this. I'm sure there will be some incident where she'll realise this and probably change for the better. Such impulsive acts aren't acceptable in medical profession.

Swetha, apparently the speculative spoilers are buzzing with untoward, which seems likely ,for stirring & shaking the dynamics at helm .. amongst the seniors now,a vulnerable edgy Juhi will face the uphill task, especially where personal prejudices will be roadblocking her earnest decisions with questions, credibility, accountability SiShani (- team Dr Shashank 😆)will succour her & in the process their equation too will tilt on its axis 😳
