Yes of course. Surgeons hv to efficient and brave.....all surgeons.

Neurosurgery does require a great deal of care and inspite of every care taken sometimes some inevitable things happen. As you said above its a very sensitive procedure always.

Are you a doctor?

If a person was kept under the effects of anaesthesia for 5hrs, can we again go for another round of anaesthesia or we need to wait?

Yes ....I'm a doc.

See thing is dis type of situation almost never happens . No surgeon leaves the OT without completing a operation. You just can't run out because you are overwhelmed. Besides you hv other neurosurgeons to assist.

In case for some reason the operation couldn't be done ( which is usually because of complications arising )......den the surgery is postponed.

Neurosurgeries r long procedures ....takes long hours. Surgeons have to keep up strength and objectivity for long. If you waste 5 hrs doing nothing......den probably shouldn't do the operation d same day again.

They have dragged a single day for 5 days, and it will probably end on tuesday.

Thank for the important information 😁

Another question, if a person is already diagnosed with tumor since 2 months, has symptoms of losing consciousness, severe pain and fading eyesight etc, is he fit to conduct an operation? Like shashank did with the small kid in the 2nd episode? Wasn't that a dangerous thing. What if he had fainted during that surgery?

No thank you needed. Anytime.

No he shouldn't have. If he is on the last stage and d tumor is dt big in size....like dey said....occupying two important lobes of your brain......den he may even have worse symptoms than they showed. At that stage he should hv been receiving treatment already rather than operating and risk life of his patients and himself as well.

Imagine fainting in the OT with a sharp scalpel in your hand ..... anything can happen.

I had such doubts too but since no-one was complaining about it, I felt maybe I was wrong. Thank you a lot. I hope you stay here for long so that we can ask questions 😂. Don't run away.

Dr Juhi is a very very efficient doc as per S1 and s2's intro. According to Dr Shashank he is on Amazing hand right now. he has full trust on her . not only Dr shashank , but also the whole sanjivani fraternity is now currently looking Forward only on Dr Juhi. there is a biggest responsibilities on Dr Juhi currently .

So Dr juhi is now going on a lot of pressure . Like Dr shashank is her mentor . a biggest emotional bond she has shared with him. sometimes a easy thing we could not apply on our favorite person. That time our thoughts always mix up with lot of random emotions .another thing is , Dr shashank is in critical condition where max time patient could not survive (as per juhi in 3rd episode) at all, chances are very low.. and on OT as per Dr Juhi's monologue was - if she would take any drastic or wrong attempt here shashnak's career / eyesight / brain cell could be permanently damaged. so it is very risky.

another thing if the operation will go wrong people/ Anjali will blame her as well as she must do for herself also . in Munna bhai MBBS - doc Rastoghi once said- "if i do surgery for a unknown or nomal patient i will never be fridged , it will be easy for me. but if my daughter will be on OT , my hand will be shaken for sure. cos i am emotionally connected with her. "

so i completely Understand Dr Juhi's Dilemma . She could not get time to think twice. and before going to surgery dr mahesh's last tear for living alive it completely has broke her heart. not a single doc or dr anjali inspired her . she just came and had to face everything suddenly. even she could not

yes she should not be unprofessional , she should be brave being a doc . but sometimes a braver person could not control her emotion in some points and That is human being. it is not only about doc , but also for everyone. Right now Dr Juhi needs proper boast up and inspiration where she could completely motivate herself properly and could make aside her emotion. if in this place Ishani will inspire her , That is completely ok. it is not about a junior will teach senior . everyone could inspire each other in every ages and we should take it sportingly .

so it is no about juhi's unprofessional behave . it is very natural, everyone has soft corner and sometime we could not control our breakdown.

Now I am damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn excited to watch Dr juhi and Dr ishani's Team work .

Totally agree with you. Each n every point.

If it was a normal operation Juhi wouldn’t have behaved like that.. A little nervous, yeah. But not freeze. Dr Shashank who is more than a mentor to Dr Juhi had a critical brain tumour.. N he's not supposed to be alive so easily. Anybody could go freeze. In OT ehen an unknown patient is dying the doctors get all hyper..n dr shashank a family for Juhi.

Doctors are not supposed to perform life threateninh surgeries on their family members. Its a mental stress. A surgery is a stressful thing on its own anyways.. Plus the extra mental trauma!! Juhi's behaviour was understandable and not at all unwelcoming.

You have put it into words very nicely. Kudos
