Ishani is not at all dumb
Watch her monologues she is overconfident
Intelligent and a psycho .
Can be dangerous at any time . I really think they have watched that movie and following it . She did a surgery at the heat of that moment. I am almost sure she will go wrong in future.
But how much Indian audience can handle these kind of characters only god knows because they are used to devimaa and bubbly characters.
I don't know which movie you are talking about, but you said the other day, that in that film Sid's character will pretend to be in love with Ishani's character to cure her, but here that can't be applicable, as they are meant to be really in love with each other. Moreover there is no need for Ishani to kill Sid's gf, otherwise she would turn into a villain herself.
No just imagine the character of Kajol and sharuk in kuch kuch hota hai . How Kajol used to love sharuk but he loved rani .
Movie Story is almost like that add masala of doctor and psycho in it . There hero is not pretending he always considered her as a friend . She misunderstood it . And the girl he loved is his childhood sweetheart.
She comes only by the end of movie .
Here they might not be following like that but character of Ishani is almost like that .
In yesterday episode Dr ishani did stand for Dr rishabh when sardar shouting at rishabh ki tum uske boy friend ho. Ishani did not like the way sardar talking to Dr rishabh
There was good discussion between Dr rishabh and Dr ishani regarding reports but sardar spoil their discussion . But at least ishani gave nice reply to sardar when sardar said to Dr rishabh kya tum meri beti ke boy friend ho?
Another thing ishani could have complain to senior that being in sid team he didn't not allow me to assist surgery of Dr shashank. In fact he allow Dr aasha to assist surgery who is in rishabh team but ishani did not do any complain because she doesn't not have any competition feeling not any superior feeling because for her whoever patients is that patients should not be leave as it is and require immediate response
Lol... I don't think Ishani is a pyscho or after anyone's blood. She's very respectful towards her elders be it Juhi, Dr. Shashank, Anjali and even Vardhan also she's very caring and soft with her patients she just makes alot of mistakes and does alot of wrong stuff that's all otherwise I don't think she's a bad person.No just imagine the character of Kajol and sharuk in kuch kuch hota hai . Valid point ,agree 👍🏼 over the years ITV has mostly fed on larger than life " mahaan " characters in OTT bold colours either as too subservient or designing devious 😆in Sanjeevni the characters are more organic with conventional failings & flaws- this in certain ways enumerates characteristics with layered depths, as flaws bring flexibility to either complicate or compliment the plot (if handled maturely or else there comes a point where characters might end up as caricatures of original, confusing the audience 😔) with their independent interactions with other characters adding or subtracting to their growth turning with time into protagonist or antagonist.
Limitations & fallibility means a deeper prepend,usually from past that has modulated personality's responses to certain situations in discreetly.
Ishani looked perplexed once she was rightly pointed out about breaking the rules,more like when we point one finger towards someone three fingers are pointing at us, usually, when we blame & criticise others,there are certain truths about ourselves that we are avoiding.In coming episodes this could be instrumental in her deeper understanding about Sid's character (he looks as someone with a humble background with his own set of encumbrance from past, and bit of identifying himself with the little boy he saved from drowning ) a necessary reality check to look within her impetuous agitating fluried behaviour in emotinally charged situation, that needs chrysalis & gravity.

From day 1 Dr ishani looked so much confident without any huge experience. Dr Rishav is totally right . how could she do that without consulting with her senior ? it is like tukka mara , she was damnnn lucky that her guess was right. but if not that then the patient could have another physical problem. dr like ishani is really harmful for patient i must say who decides sickness just on basis of internet and do surgery .
and i really loved it the way DR rishave gave a realty check to the impulsiveness of dr ishani . ishani needs to learn so many things from beginning . she always talks about the rules and regulations , but she own self broke a biggest rule of medical term.
I accept he reproached her. He is right. Tests are conducted for a reason. One shouldn't bypass any sequence.
But one question, he was clearly next to her during the whole intervention. So shouldn't he have stopped her beforehand?

but assist ka term nei dikhaya .. and rishab assist kia keya iyea bhi clear nei .. iyea bhi ho sakte hai rishab entered by wearing dress to inform her.
