Oh yeah, that’s tomorrow! Well, if they could commemorate the success of one of their biggest shows by Atleast mentioning some of the characters, I’m all for it. I know that’d be amazing.

But at the same time, we can’t do much except for keeping our fingers crossed because it’s not easy to bring in too much from a past show. At the time of DMG, Juhi was promised as a senior doctor but Gurdeep didn’t find the role meaty since she was still a lead actress in some show at the time.

I don't think they are keeping any connections with dmg characters. Even the timeline, considering Anjali and Juhi's age, doesn't match. And I don't think they want to have anything to do with dmg since dmg and sanjeevani had different essence as shows. And this being Sanjeevani reboot wants to be more like Sanjeevani than dmg. And honestly I would prefer it to be this way. In my head Armaan Ridhima had a happy ending and I will want to be as just that instead of talking about them again and again and introducing something new which might lead to showing problems in their life.

I think they are treating this as a direct successor to Sanjivani 1 and ignoring DMG. I have read articles where Sid has mentioned it as a spin off meant for young viewers only on star one , whereas this is the sequel to the main show.

DMG was just a spin off Sanjivani 2 is more of a sequel but I hope they don't forget about Rahul, I hope they bring a handsome actor as Rahul.

In sanjivani 1 anjali is aprox 5 years old when shashank comes to know about her existence than shashank and smriti reconcile and even smriti get pregnant again but in dmg they show both ridhima and anjali are approximately of same age or age gap is of 1 or 2 year I think smriti has only 1 fbs where she assures padma that they will adopt ridhima. DMG is all about ridhima shashank was always neglected ridhima mistake and honestly I never saw a proper bonding between shashank and anjali despite anjali is more sincere in her work except propanol case she is always balance her work and entertainment in hospital as compare to other interns but she never appreciated by anyone. In this season they show anjali and juhi was of same age but in sanjivani 1 when juhi is intern anjali was just a child
