Non of the characters in this show are perfect at all they all have flaws and make mistakes which is what I like actually. I know many find Ishani annoying and I agree she is but she's real and complex not all female leads on itv needs to be mahan even Anjali have her flaws.

subjective statement...ishani saw the convo accidently...and in today epi also ishani saw him taking money accidently only and took the video she didnt stalk him to get the proof...
juz think abt the damage it will cause to sanjivani if it was anyone else instead of ishani...
ishani is more concerned abt sanjivani name so she will do the complain to higher official...and sid will be suspended but the this will be safeguarded as internal proceedings...
but what if the person is journalist/who is having enmity with sid/sanjivani...this will lead bad name to sanjivani, sid licence will be cancelled, ppl trust on doctors will be shaken...
not to forget ishani already undergone this type of defamation...remember that magazine scene...

agree...ishani most misunderstood character...but makers r handling it well...hope they continue to handle this nicely...
eg- in 4th epi she interfered in juhi-sid talk...but juhi didnt encourage her and totally ignored her...
in today epi also she got scold instead of appreciation from rishab even though her work is good...
this what makes me wait to see the upcoming episodes...they didnt show ishani is correct/perfect...they r showing her very flawed...and they r succeeding also since no one is ignoring her...

What is gluing S2 story is, most of the characters are breathing within their shortcomings,the flaws are adding to the flow, these flaws affix with imbalances in their nature which adds to their interplay with other characters by building either a positive or negative equation on one hand and a scope for character's arc to either ascend or descend as per need, with certain questions around their own background for particular responses 
time (experience plus conditioning) quietly takes a personality almost slipping unseen
