Since the show is all about hospital Sanjivani, I don't think like usual ITV show they can proceed with medical negligence. Little irritation riled from 1st episode, when child was drowning and a doctor cannot slit the child throat. The least he could do is calling for a immediate help and trying to remove water with use of hands. Hope it remain little realistic viewers might get frustrated by OTT. Without paperwork and consent forms how can one perform surgery.

Then graveyard lady entry was dramatic in fact there was no use of stretcher or chair seat even before getting into hospital. She was declared dead even before taking things under consideration, my mom check cartiod pulse then get further engaged with chest compression, CPR before. A protocol of medication wasn't followed which being a total let down. If a script writer could cross check their script that involves a real life doctor so that medical negligence could be avoided.

Moreover can be have a realistic approach as Ishani being overconfident first year resident who doesn't consider senior advice and simply starts performing and Dr. Sid could have stopped her while she started performing surgery. No doctor consider risk on their patient to let her perform on first day of hospital.
