Who do you think can be Ishani's parents that she doesn't want the world to know? In the precap that Dr said her surname is Arora but I think if she wants to hide her parentage, she'll probably use a fake surname.

Maybe her family is a gangster family? Or bad people? Or super rich mafia type log?

I think the hospital did her parents some injustice and she's there for a mission/purpose?

As per today's episode Ishani comes from a rich & affluent family & her parents were doctor's too, so have to see why she hides her parentage
