When she noticed he wasn't responding she touched him he fell from the blacony, and she figured he was dead. She decided to marry someone else because she thought that Sagar loved Kaveri (from the note she found ).how come after all the misunderstanding b/w jhanvi and sagar were cleared, sagar married kaveri? Because Ganga made Sagar promise her that he would marry Kaveri otherwise she was going to take her life. Ganga found out that there had been a miss understanding over the phone about getting married and Kaveri thought it meant that she was going to marry Sagar... Ganga couldn't see her didi in sadness so she made Sagar marry her.
