PART THREE - PYAR KI KHAMOSHI

Jennifer unexpectedly dozed off on the chair. Not long later, a few nurses gathered together and started to stare with admiration at her. It was a rare sight for them to see such a moonlike beauty sleeping in a hospital. What amazed them the most was her blemish free porcleain skin and her perfect french manicured nails. A particular nurse even went to the extent of touching her to see if she was real or just a God sent angel from above. The incredibly warm and soft touch of that nurse woke Jennifer up. The nurses quickly looked away and continued doing what they were supposed to do in the first place which is completing their daily hospital tasks.

Jennifer was very anxious to know Iqbal's condition. Many questions were spinning in her head. "Is he ok. What should I say to him when he wakes up. Who is he? Who did this to him?" These were just some of the questions spinning in her head. Five minutes later, the doctors came out from the Operation Theatre. Before Jennifer could ask about his condition, the doctor recognised her and calmed her down. "Dont worry. Woh bilqul theek hai. Nothing serious. Use bas aaram ki sak zaroorat hai. Take care of him. Waise who did this to him?" asked the doctor. Jennifer very softly replied "Main nahin jaanti ki kisne kiya hai. Kya main use mil sakti hoon?" "Sure" the doctor replied with a smile on his face.
