The Next Day: Saturday

Manya woke up early in the morning and walked to the kitchen. On the way she saw Akash sleeping on the sofa and smiled.

M: (Thinking) So the hue kitna cute lagta hai.

Manya was still looking at him when Akash said

A: (Main jaanta hoon ki main bahut sexy hoon Lekin mujhe aankhien phad phad dekhne ki jaroorat nahin hai.

M: (Annoyed) Tum! Sexy? Please, don't make me puke.

A: To tum mujhe ghoor ghoor kar dekh kya rahi thi?

M: Main tumhe ghoor nahin rahi thi. Sirf yeh soch rahi thi ki tum jab chup rahte ho toh kitna achha lagte ho

A: Achha to tumhe lagta hai ki main handsome hoon?

M: Urgh! You are impossible! Ab hath muh dho lar mere ghar se niklo.

Akash laughed and went to the bathroom.

Next scene: In the kitchen

Manya was angrily making coffee.

M: (to herself) Apne aap ko samajhta kya hai. "Main bahut sexy hoon". Shakal dekhi hai apni? Langoor lagta hai langoor.

Manya opened the overhead cupboard and tried to take the sugar down but it was too high. Then she felt Akash directly behind her. Akash got closer and whispered in her ear.

A: (Huskily) Need help?

Akash reached up, his fingers sliding up Manya's arm but not quite touching. His other hand was lightly touching Manya's waist. He brought the jar down the sugar jar and whispered in Manya's ear.

A: Ek baat boloon?

M: (Getting goosebumbs) Huh...

A: Main...

M: H..huh...

Akash suddenly moved and said

A: Main coffee nahi peena chahta

M: (Annoyed) Mere ghar ko kya caf samjha hai kya? Coffee peena hai toh peeyo warna mat peeyo.

A: Arre? Pehle tum mujhpar thanda pani phekti ho aur phir pyaar se puchne par chai bhi nahin deti ho. Kamal ki host ho yaar.'

M: Ghar mein chai nahin hai! Coffee piyo aur mere ghar se nikalo. Mom aur dad ek ghante mein aa rahe hai.

Akash laughs and leaves after drinking the coffee.

1 month later...Holi hai!!!

The college was organizing a Holi event and Akash's birthday also fell on holi that year. So the class thought to give him a surprise birthday party. Akash is walking to class.

A: (Thinking) Aaj toh main sabki chutti kar doonga. After all, Akash Rathod ka birthday hai.

Akash enter the classroom, everyone was sitting quietly in their seats.

A: Hi guys

No one responds

A: Helooo?

No one responds. Madam Jyotsna enters the classroom and looks at Akash.

MJ: Akash tum khade kyun ho? Ja kar apni seat par baith jao.

Akash sits down confused.

Precap: AM in the locker room, very close to each other.

A: (whispers) Mera gift Manya?

Manya looks at Akash in the eye

Part 10

In class,Akash sits down confused.
Mdm Jyostna:Class..Jaise ki aap sab ko pata hai..Aaj sirf aadha din padayi hogi aur baaki ka din hum sab college mein Holi manayenge.

Throughout the lesson nobody talks or looks at Akash.
After their half-day was over,the whole gang excluding Akash rushed out.Akash,upon getting out starts looking for them.He tries to contact them but to no avail.

He then went outside where the whole college was playing Holi.Just as he was walking out of the building..*SPLASH*Coloured water splashed all over Akash from the terrace.
The whole gang:Happy Bday Akash!And..Happy Holi too!(they all laugh)

Akash looked up,drenched and coloured from head to toe.
A:You guys!Just watch out now!
He grabs a pichkari(water gun),goes back in and makes his way up..Just along the stairway,when they were about to escape,Akash caught them.They all started laughing seeing Akash in this state.
A:Heheheheh..(imitates their laugh)Ab tum dekho..
Rupa:Nahin Akash..Aahh..

They all start running away back to the terrace again.
Akash chases Om,Rehan and Gopu.
Om:Nahin Akash..Dekh..
Rehan:Hum toh tumhare dost hain yaar..
Gopu:Haan..Ye toh in ladkiyon ne humne fasaya..

All the girls look at the guys.
Manya:Aye..Jhoot kyun bhol rahe ho..?
Kiran:Haan tumne hi toh kaha tha..Akash ko surprise dete hain..
S:Aur ab saara ilzaam hum par?
Akash,irritated by their talks says..
A:Ohfo!!Ab bandh karo apni bhak bhak..!(throws the pichkari on the floor)Tum logon ki vajay se mere pure kapde kharab ho gaye..Main change karke aata hoon..

Akash leaves and goes to the boy's locker room to get his white coloured clothes for Holi and goes to change.After changing,he leaves the locker room and as he was passing by the Girl's locker room,he saw Manya putting her salwar into her locker.He looks at her for a few seconds,admiring her.Then he looks to see if anyone's around and goes in quietly.He stands behind Manya,still looking at her.Manya then turns.

Stunned to see Akash,she was about to scream when Akash places his hand over her mouth and pulls her behind the door pushing her against the wall.He signals her to keep quiet as Rupa had entered to keep her clothes in the locker.Akash and Manya were so close that Akash had to hold Manya's hand so hardly causing Manya's bracelet to break.

M:Aahh..
Rupa,just as she was about to leave,heard it.
R:Kaun hai?(looks around and looks at the door.Walks towards the door)Kaun hai vahan?
Just then...
Kiran:Rupa!Kahan chali gayi tum?!
R:Haan..Aa rahi hoon!(looks at the door suspiciously again and leaves)

Manya holds out her bracelet and looks at it.
A:I..Im Sorry..Laga kya?

Manya looks at Akash.
A:Sorry..Stupid question..Of coz laga..
M:Koi baat nahin..Lakin Akash,tum yahan kya kar rahe ho?Kahin kisi ne dekh liya toh..Tum jao yahan se Akash..!
A:Main voh..actually..tumhe dekha toh...
M:Toh??

Akash looks at Manya with seductive eyes.
A:Toh socha ki apna gift maangne aa jaoon.
M:Gift?(sarcastically)Kaunsa gift?
A:Natak mat karo Manya..Tum jaanti ho..

Manya shys away and tries to leave,when Akash holds her wrists and pulls her back against the wall again.He moves closer to her.They are only inches apart.
A:Mera gift Manya?

Manya looks at Akash in the eye.They stare at each for sometime when there's a call from outside.
Rupa:Manya!Jaldi aao..Kahan ho tum?

Manya comes out of his gaze and is about to keave when Akash holds her wrist again.

M:Chodo Akash..Mujhe jaana hai..
A:Main apna gift lekar hi rahunga Manya Sharma..Dekhti rehna..(lets go of Manya)

Manya smiles shyly and leaves.Akash watches her go and smiles.He followed her out.

Outside..Everyone is playing Holi.The song 'Rang Barse' is playing and Om and Rupa are dancing to it.Akash and Manya arrive there and smile seeing their dance.As soon as the song finished,Akash looks at Manya and starts singing the song 'Do me a favour Lets play Holi' from 'Waqt'.
He grabs Manya's hand and brings her to where everyone was dancing.Akash takes some red gulaal and puts it on Manya's cheeks.Akash and Manya danced to the song as it played.

Meanwhile,Gopu secretly spikes the drinks with bhang.He takes the drinks,gives it to the gang,Mdm Jyostna and Khanna Sir.They all drank the drink not knowing there was bhang in it.The song 'Jai Jai Shiv Shankar' started playing and all of them except Akash who hadn't drank his drink yet,started dancing hysterically.Manya was dancing the most hysterically as she had drank the entire drink unlike the others.Akash looks at Manya dancing.

A:Ye Manya ko achaanak kya ho gaya?
Just then Manya swung Rupa round and started dancing.Both of them started laughing and dancing.They pulled all the boys into the dancefloor and started dancing.

Manya:(singing)Ooo..Gir jaaungi..
Main mar jaungi..(goes towards Akash and points at him)
Jo tune mujhe thaam na liya..(goes around him)
Oh sau rab di...

Then..Khanna Sir and Mdm Jyostna started dancing hysterically together while the song 'Holi ke din..' from 'Sholay'.When the song ended,Khanna Sir started singing the song,'Ye mera dil' from ' Don' and danced together with Mdm Jyostna.Akash watched them,confused.

A:(thinking)Ye sab aise paagalon ki tarah kyun behave kar rahe hain?
Akash was about to take a sip of his drink when he smelt something.He took a sniff and realised that there was bhang mixed in the drink.Then everything made sense to him.
A:(thinking)Ab samjha..ye zaroor us Gopu ne kiya hai..Uske alawa ye koi kar hi nahi sakta..

Manya:(drunk)Akaaashhh!Nacho na!Come..dance with me..
She took her dupatta and wrapped it around Akash's neck and wrapped it around his neck and pulled him to where everyone was dancing.She put her arms around his neck and started dancing.He tried to get away but she pulled him back him.

Frustrated,he swung her over his shoulder abd brought her to the canteen,which was empty.Manya was still singing 'Jai Jai Shiv Shankar'.

Precap:Manya is unconcious in Akash's car while he's driving.They reach Akash's home.
