A lot of different people have different ways of letting out their stress. I am a dance student and have been my entire life so the one way I know to take my stress out is to dance, like Manya. Other people I know like to run, take long walks, or play sports etc. to relieve themselves from their stress. Everybody needs someway to release their stress, and to relax and let go of all their problems for a while.

If I were to guess how some of the characters on Salaam… handle their stress I would say the following:

Om………punchbag

Gopu……meditating maybe

Sanju……punchbag (in this case though, her punch bag would be Gopu!)😆

Akash……maybe running?? I'm not entirely sure

Rupa…….most likely a long relaxing massage at the spa! I think every girl loves that!😛

So my question to all of you is what do you do for relieving your stress or forgetting your problems (no matter how big or small)?

i love to dance too! whenever im tired and i dance i feel sooo relaxed!!! 😃

well actually i dont really have any way of taking away my stress😊but whenever iam really stressed out i just cry alot just 2 release all my pain lolzz😆😆even if i hve problems at home or skool i just go 2 my bathroom so no1 can know tht iam sad😭😭and thts pretty much it😆but it always works lolzz😆crying really helps me with my pain thou😉and i know some people think tht crying is a sign of weakness but i think its a way 2 let u let ur pain out so u can start fresh😛😛but not like maanya she cries 4 everything😆but if not crying when i hve 2 release my anger i just play some sports at skool like batmintten or tennis👏😛 and yeaaaa even i luvvvvv 2 danceeee😛😃but actually i like dancing when iam angry 2 let all my frustration out😆😆lolzzzz but i like 2 play batmintten when iam mostly sad😊

Lol..punchbag..now that's a good way of relieving stress!For me,i use my stressball..if not then even i would dance.Dancing being a stress relief is strange for some people dont know why..Dance rocks! 😛 😆

good post well actually for Manya it would be dancing.
for me its eating 😆 when im stressed i stff my face with ice cream! 😆 😆

Wow, I didn't think so many people would enjoy dancing. And I'm so dumb - I never thought of putting a stress ball as stress relief! But I'm surprised that nobody likes to take walks or just run.

for myself i relieve stress by dancing! once in a while, i'll run but majority of the time it's by dancing!
