Why do men think women are any less?

Okay... Khanna always underestimates Manya and thinks very little of her. But I don't think Khanna is the problem. Every man that I have encountered has some of Khanna's mentality regarding women's fragility and hence their inability to cope with situations with mental resilience.

So, I have a question for you...

Why do you think men tend to think and regard women as any less than them?

because they think they are stronger, girls are good at stuff men can't do and men are good agt stuff women can't do, but i think all genders are equal (: no man, no woman. no woman, no man. 😃

i c it in all tv shows as well as movies n REAL LIFE..
n i also have been a shikaar of it..it sucks how girls shatter their dreams in order to be good daughter or bahu in tv shows...whereas the parents give up their dreams 4 their sons
ive seen n been part of tht in reality as well..

Yeah, this Khanna is a complete sexist...so completely biased...this is still a male-dominated society no matter how much women think they are equal...men still get paid more money, and still can get more respect in certain professions...its sad but true...

i think because some men think they r much more stronger than women brain wise and also phyisically 😡 😡 which i think definatelly is not true eventhou i know tht most men r more stronger physically 😊 but womens can also achieve anything tht men can achieve 😛 😃 and as far 4 men tht think womens r less than them,then all i can is tht its just there low mentality tht makes them think tht way and it is very sad 2 c womens 2 give up there dreams 4 there family,friends or any other problems just because they r a women 😭 😭 i hve seen this happen in real life 2 when a girl gives up her education,or job just because she is a girl and not a boy 😕according 2 me both gender's should be treated with equal respect 😃 😛 and i think tht would make our world a much better place 👏

Interesting topic!!👏👏 Sometimes I think equality between men and women is not balanced because some women don't consider themselves equal/hold man superior to themselves and sometimes some men/actually a lot of men think of women as inferior to them. This does not happen only in India but elsewhere/everywhere.

Also, the way man and woman react to different things sets a bar as well. Whilst you have some men shielding their feelings like pain, some women won't veil their emotions by crying/displaying their hurt. I don't say all, because these attitudes/behaviors can be switched back and forth as well. Men tend to think women are softer, more vulnerble than them because of these little things.

Though if we look back into history, we can see women have risen and reached man's level of success, its just the mentality that shakes the equality meter.

i definitely agree... chauvinism is very much alive even today everywhere in this world.... but sometimes, women are at fault for thinking that we are fragile so we need protection... this kinda mentality usually gives the male ego a much more than needed boost and they tend to think that tehy are better than us

yeh i agree... aj kal kiya hai jo women nahi karte? i mean its the 21 century not the 12th were women were considerd kamzoor and not a use cuz they were unpar gawar....so i think poor khana is styll liven in the 12 century..he needs to wake up and realise without women men ka kuch bhi nahi hoga..hum hai to woh hai 😆 😆 😆 EG...khana ki ma bhi ek aurat hai agar woh nahi hoti to yeh KHANA bhi nahi hota lmao thts wut he neds to realise...hes in this world cuz of a women... both r equal!! and nyways girls n boys r the same dese daiz..but its true tht it depends on the thing..cuz sumtimes men can do wut women cant and women can do wut men cnt..
