The show start with introduction of yesterdays contestant named muzzafir hussain saying he is advocate and he is an integral part of government and society. It depends how one performs duties. Then it shows clips of court and facts regarding how many cases are still pending from ages. One farmer is shown complaining about his case that he is fighting from long time but no date is being issued so far. Then it shifts to yesterday recap and shows few questions asked to him. Also, how he explained his perspective.
The show begins Rajeev asking contestant about who else is in the politics beside him from his family. The contestant said his younger brother named Parvez is in politics.
10th question is: have you plotted to have someone from the opposition party murdered to ensure you brother Parvez becomes the village head?
The contestants goes in thinking mode and answers No
Rajeev says let's ask polygraph test and it says answer is right
Rajeev asks him if this question is asked it means there might be some reason behind it. The contestant explains that he never plotted it but it happens as one wants power so all treachery occurs.
Rajeev asks him whatever is shown in film is it true in real life too? The contestant says yes. Then Rajeev asks him what his father does. The contestant mentioned he is farmer and zamindar.
Rajeev says lets move towards next question ie 11th which is the last question to win 5 lakh. Then Rajeev asks does he feel he is responsible and earn respect with his duties? The contestant says people say that I can't praise myself
11th question is: while working with a bank have you ever used your politics influence to have a fellow legal advisor removed from his job?
The contestant thinks and says yes
The polygraph says this answer is right.
The contestant says in front of everyone he likes to apologize his friend and he felt guilty of it so he gave him another post (job) as when he left his job his condition got worser so he helped him out to get job. Now they are in good terms.
Rajeev says he won 5 lakh. The next stage will lead to 10 lakh and for that he needs to answer 4 questions.
12th question is: as a legal advisor to a bank have you accepted bribes to sanction loan application?
The contestant thinks and says No
The polygraph says this answer is right.
Rajeev says he got confused as he mentioned earlier he took bribe but why he didn't take bribe in this matter? The contestant says he doesn't take bribe where all people do. He says in this position all takes bribe whether one is bank manager and others, but he never took. He mentioned that he took money to pass loan for hotel construction worth 42 lakh, but he never got a single penny in his hand as he has got consciousness for believing in truth.
The next comes caller who wants to confess about being corrupted. The guy is from Mumbai named jitendra khatik. He says that he took bribe to do work and he is feeling guilty of taking corrupted money for his selfishness.
13th question is: do you demand bribe from your clients to ensure a verdict in their favor?
The contestant thinks and says yes
The polygraph says this answer is right.
Rajeev says one will get justice but it has a price. The contestant says this is the truth that I wanted to say and he explains how corruption is spread. He also mentioned it is hard to remove as its one's weakness. Rajeev says one needs to start to speak up for truth so that it inspires people to do right things. The contestant agrees that corrupted people need to stop taking bribe and hence he is here to take step for truth.
Rajeev asks same questions to contestant's friend Manoj who is also an advocate. Manoj says that if we don't take bribe then we will not win case. If we don't win case then we will not get clients so it is hard to stop. Hence we need to take bribe just to survive.
Rajeev then ask the contestant what is his specialization? The contestant says he is advocate for revenue and takes cases regarding lands dealing. Rajeev further ask does he think what type of case he takes or take without thinking regarding them. The contestant says that he thinks and then takes case but sometimes gets recommended case which he has to take without thinking for a second.
14th question is: did you accept a bribe to withdraw your complain of environmental damage against a local chemical factory?
The contestant thinks and says No
The polygraph says this answer is right.
The contestant says that when he started o practice law at the same time he joint politics as well. In his location there 2-3 chemical factories which causes pollution and gas leaks a lot. He got offered 100 times more corruption than he gets normally, but he didn't accepted as he felt its wrong, hence he fought against factories as due to pollution many people and animals will die. He got consciousness that he will never take bribe for anyone's life. Hence he denied and still fighting for it for people betterment.
Rajeev then asks him how important for him to win a case? The contestant says that it's really important to win as by winning case one gets reputation. Nowadays it's mandatory for everyone to win in all field.
15th question is: did you advise a client to forge a will of deceased person in order to win the case?
The contestant thinks and says yes
The polygraph says this answer is right.
Rajeev says after one's death there is a corruption. The contestant justifies that it's a case about a person who dies but never made will about his land. He sold land to 2 people and remaining share of land belonged to his son. Since he never made will there was no evidence. It was complicated case as son wanted to get full land. . So he fought case but didn't write will and as a result all got happy.
Rajeev again repeated the complicated matter and ask him who his clients were. The contestant said that two people who bought land.
Rajeev announce that the contestant won 10 lakh and congratulates him. He asks contestant to share feeling about sitting on red hot chair. The contestant says he came just to say truth.
The contestant wants to play further and wants to continue to answer questions. Rajeev then ask does he want to ask take advice of his family member. Rajeev mentions to ask his wife Lubna about it. She says that she is fine with it and continued to say that it is up to him as if he wants to confess more then he should continue. Rajeev then asks contestant's elder brother. He also affirms.
16th question is: have you stuck a deal with opposing counsel to deliberately lose a client's case?
The contestant thinks and says yes
The polygraph says this answer is right.
The contestant says that question was awesome as in current era this happens especially his colleagues are involved in it and is very common. He explains how it occurs and cheats clients. He is proud that he never did such things.
17th question is: have you bribed a judge?
The contestant thinks and says No
The polygraph says this answer is right.
The contestant explains that based on clients needs one need to act. The other factor plays a crucial role is ego that no one wants to lose case. They don't look at opposing clients as for them their clients are always right.
18th question is: do you produce false evidence in court to win a case?
The contestant thinks and says yes.
Rajeev says that during test he said no would he like to change answer? The contestant starts explaining, but Rajeev says either yes or no as polygraph test already decided answer. Rajeev adds that he would like to request to just say truth.
The contestant thinks and says No.
The polygraph says this answer is wrong.
Rajeev says he already said yes once, but bad luck. The contestant justifies that clients brings evidence so that's what he presents. He doesn't make any evidences.
Rajeev acknowledge and appreciate his courage. He wishes him luck for future.
The show ends and Rajeev greets and meets his family.
