Kiran Karmarkar in Saathii Re!?

Hiya everyone! I hope everyone is good. I am new to this show, and i don't really watch it that much but it just so happened....I was watching Kasamh Se (i think) on Zee and it came to an advert, so i flicked it over to Star One and Saathii Re was on, then I noticed that Kiran Karmarkar (Om from Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii) was in it!! I was so surprised and shocked with happiness i stopped to watch it! I don't kow who Kiran is in it but was hopin someone could fill me in? I she a regular in the show or did he just make an appearance? He's my fave actor, that's why I'm asking..hehe..(by the way..)I'm in the UK and this happened very recently (if that helps!)
