The blackmailer is Urvashi Jiji. Once Jiji finds out Aditi knows everything she has Aditi killed and know Saloni has lost her memory and Neel and his doc finance are helping her.

meanwhile Jiji has gotten married to nahar & brijesh's kakasa.
