Hi,
Could someone please give the meaning of the following words. (think) these words are Rajasthani and not everyone understands them!

Dhasa

Bhabho

Khama-gini....seems like its like 'Namaste'

Bana (like saloni's family used to call nahar as 'Nahar Bana')...does this mean son-in-low

Most importantly, want to know that 'dhasa' mean and what 'bhabho' mean!

Thanks in advance.

I also did not understand but I search and this is what I came up with

Kama-Gani - check this SP post from 2006

https://www.indiaforums.com/forum/saat-phere/278044/rajasthani-or-marwadi-words

Dhaasa - I searched the web

when a person takes surrender or aBhayam- asylum in the lord, becomes a dhaasa to the Lord..

(forgot to save the link)

dasa: Sanskrit Hinduism Dictionary III on dasa (dhaasa)

dasa:

dasa (dhaasa). Servant.

Bhaboo

I got Grand-father - so they could consider her grand-mother....

Dhasa means Nanny
Bhabho means Badi Mom or tai
Banna means younger son or a young man who is about to get married.

I hope this will help.
