Vijay's journey into the world of politics begins and right at the start he meets the challenges any beginner would face. People of Kaushalpur had a valid point - why should they listen to him? Vijay has helped the needy but hasn't done anything at large that could be considered as a significant contribution for the development of Kaushalpur (unlike his brother Prabhat who had rendered services to get village's infrastructure mended and had also actively worked for the well being of people as a social service worker)
But Vijay had very smartly figured out way before he saw the mistrust of the people of Kaushalpur that if he has to bring them into confidence he will need his Bhabhi's support. Her words, her faith that Vijay could be the deserving successor to her Late husband to contest the elections might have the reach and impact which Vijay alone might not have had.
I loved how even if just for a scene Saadhna's plight was showcased . How difficultit it was for her to even consider doing what Vijay was asking her to do. She was the one who had the hardest time accepting her husband's death and then to reiterate the reality again and again in front of people just so that they believe in Vijay..
In the end looking at Vijay's sincere efforts to fulfill his elder brother's dreams, she does agree and am really looking forward to seeing what she will do or say at the sabha.
Precap - Interesting! Who is the person whose support Vijay must seek in order to win the elections o_O
