yeah, they will be, and each judge will mentor their team. that's why they're looking for people who have potential to grow too. they don't have to be ready singers yet.

I see the contest getting to be pretty demanding. Hard to compare singers from different genres n groups etc.
Later some will start collapsing unless really solid.

yeah, but it makes it fun too that groups, individuals, and older people can compete in the same competition! plus, you don't have to be trained but trainable.
