TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR SA RE GA MA PA L'IL CHAMPS AUDITIONS

The contestants should be sending at least two performances of their singing acts on a

CD or a DVD. They should complete the form after downloading from our website and

send it along with the CD / DVD +a passport size photograph and either a birth

certificate or a copy of the passport to SAREGAMAPA UK / EUROPE AUDITIONS ' Zee TV,

UNIT 7, BELVUE BUSINESS CENTRE, BELVUE ROAD, NORTHOLT UB5 5QQ, UK.

Entrants must be between 7 - 14 years. Parents and schools consent in writing is

required from all entrants.

?

Participants should be residents of UK / Europe.

?

Participants should send valid proof of age & nationality (proof of identity ' passport

copy) . Copy required-originals to be checked later).

?

CD's / DVD's, entry forms and other documents sent to us will not be returned. ZEE

reserves the right to publish and use the audio content and information provided for

selected contestants.

?

Participants should not have any criminal record.

?

All the entries will be sent to Zee India by 16 April 2011 by courier

?

Zee India will take a decision of selecting 3 contestants for the 1st round " general

auditions" for international candidates in Mumbai by April end and the contestants will

need to go immediately to India .

?

The selected contestants shall have to arrange for their visas and Zee will provide a

supporting letter .

?

They are entitled to take an adult companion. Zee shall pay for travel only for contestant

and one adult companion. Boarding , lodging for contestant and companion to be taken

care of themselves . Travel for additional companions if required to be taken care of

themselves . If not selected for the 2nd round Mega auditions , they can leave

immediately.

If selected for the second round "Mega auditions" they will need to stay in India till they

are over which will be by 10 May 2011. Zee India will not take care of boarding and

lodging.

?

If selected for the "Mega auditions" after the Mega auditions, the contestants will need

to stay in India for 10 weeks period - from May third week till end of July 2011 during

the time of filming. Zee India will take care or boarding and lodging only of the 20

finalists during this period at their Goregaon bungalow , Mumbai or alternate and

parents or guardians have to arrange their own accommodation nearby.

If the contestants are selected in the top final contestants after the Mega auditions then

Zee will take care of the contestants in terms of lodging and boarding. Companions shall

have to make their own arrangements for boarding and lodging costs.

?

Participants should not be under any prior contract which will prohibit him / her from

entering into a contract with ZEE if required.

?

Participating means acceptance of the terms and conditions.

?

Employees and families of Zee Network shall not be entitled to participate.

?

Zee reserves the right to terminate all or any part of the promotion without notice and

without liability or amend the terms and conditions.

Both are prime time programmes.
