In India corruption is seeing its 2nd or 3rd generation. Baap corrupt to aage ki santaan bhi corrupt, balke aor zayada. I used to think corruption in north India but I see corruption is in whole India. Everybody is involved in corruption in some degree depending on his/her stature/opportunity.
