As earlier discussed this song is based on Bilaskhani Todi. This raag has been composed by Miya Tansen. He had a son who passed away in young age. When this news reached Tansen, he was singing in the court of Akbar, on hearing this news he started singing Miya ki Todi but moved deeply by sorrow ended up mixing raag Bhairavi. Hence the use of shudha ma. Since then this raag is known as Bilaskhani todi (in remembrance of his son Bilas Khan).What is this lisp being discussed , I didn't get it.
