Anyone watch today’s episode how was it?

Good talent but the OTT meter is creeping up. So a mixed reaction.
Will post about some individual performances a little later.

First week TRP of Li'l Champs will be out today. Considering the good reviews here and on some other platforms too I am expecting 1.5+ TRP or even 2+.

DID Li'l Masters opened with 2.0 and DID Supermoms opened with 1.6.

I am not sure, I feel it will open low and gather steam as more people start watching.

All the children are talented and it is kind of unfair to rate them.

They are all fresh faces and many are very well trained for their age.

The outstanding singer is surely Dnyaneshwari Gadage. She does not come from a family with any musical background but has been a revelation with her classical singer prowess. I am not sure if her future lies with reality shows, but she will be a musical force to reckon with in the future in India if she gets the breaks she deserves.

The rest are all good and I enjoyed Harsh Sikandar and Jetshen Dohna Lama's performances more than the others. The thing about stage singing in such shows is about the package. You either naturally have it in you, or you don't. In their different ways both these children succeeded in holding my attention.

Yes it's not fair to rate kids. Some kids are so small.

I think going for the fresh talent instead of having known faces is working big time for the show.

This show can bring Zee in the race of hit weekend after a long time, Li'l Champs 2017.

I really don't care if this was scripted. If it was, it was one of the best scripting that I have viewed on a reality show.
The edited portion included in the show was very compelling.
