I wanted Rohanpreet to win and here is why

First of all I am glad Hemant won because he is an extraordinary singer. I also think Vishnumaya and Zaid are amazing. The reason I wanted Rohan to win is because of the judges, especially Shankar, the man I have totally lost respect for.

Thier negative attitude towards Rohanpreet was at the peak during the finale and it was very obvious. As usual the precious stupid tutaries were not given to the third class citizen Rohan but what got me was Shankar's disgustlngly shameless pimping of Hemant. There was a reason why judges were asked not to vote in the final round and yes I know Shankar's vote did not count but to watch his restless harkats (he looked like an idiot) was very cruel to Rohan. You just don't do that. Badbali obviously followed him and bounced like a crazy baloon. Poor Daljit seemed like he had to ignore Rohan to please the other insensitive inhumans. I have never ever seen any reality show where the most skilled and respected judge acted so childish and cruel. Yes we all have our favorites but to treat a contestant like it was his crime to be in the top 3 was disgusting. I would have loved to see Shankar's misery if Rohan had won.

I hope Colors are reading this and make sure Shankar and Monali are kept as far away as possible from their next season.

I completely agree! I am delighted that Hemant Brijwasi won but the Shankar has a track record of being a biased judge. I vaguely recall an older show he was judging with Shaan and a few others where the final contestants were from Shaan's team and his team. The young girl from Shaan's team was clearly the best singer deserving of the victory. But Mr. Mahadevan, the insecure and immature egomaniac, used the one opportunity a judge had to take the contestant's spot and participate (it was in teh show's format). Obviously, he won against a 12 year old. I lost all respect for him back then. I don't care for him or his music anymore.

Shankar Mahadevan's and Monali's treatment of Rohanpreet especially in the final few episodes was so aweful that it was reflecting in his performance. He had clearly lost the motivation to win. It seemed like he did not want to win.

The second last day when Monali held off on her vote for Rohanpreet because she had already made up her mind (because Sunidhi Chauhan) siad that the Akhtar Bros. are better singers. Ridiculous.

If Rising Star comes back, please bring different judges!

Yes, I recall that show from the past.. this man is very nasty. I did not like him much but with this season of Rising star, I totally despise him. The man has no morals and is very fake. He may be a good singer but there are many better singers. Even his music is boring and same. His only hit music have been with Yashraj and Dharma productions and its because they have a better ear for good music.
