Hemant also did a live today on Facebook where he talked about people making fun of his dad and saying he cries for drama, he got quite emotional. After that he talked about the horrible incident that happened a couple of days ago. Have to give props to him that he talked about it, he didn't need to.

well to be true i find his dad's tears drama too. today what zaid's mom did standing behind praying was drama too. She literally made the kid cry before his peformance. i worried he would be affected. cummon dont put so much pressure on the kid about performing, by staying hungry, crying etc. let him enjoy his childhood. its a competetion. dont give the child so much tension about performing

compared to that vishnumaya's mother looks so balanced.

even rohanpreet's mother

reg vishnumaya where does she even talk much. she rarely talks because of the language barrier . most of the contestans know tuti phooti english n she dosent know hindi i hope she learns some hindi soon will help her communicating on such platforms

Semi finale performances -
First of all, why do they drag the show with unnecessary games and promotion? It's annoying as hell, I signed up for music, give me music #Ugh

Anyway my favorite performances in the order -

1) Vishnu - Close your eyes and listen to her sing, if this girl is so good at live singing, I am dying to hear her recording she reminds me of Aida Nikolaychuk

2) Zaid - I am not a fan of him, but he is too good for his age, amazing voice quality, what I have to see is how his voice will change after puberty

3) Akhtar brothers - Not their first song but the Hanuman chalisa was too good, you know the environment we have in our nation right now and these people break the walls of religious sanctimony..

4) Rohan - honestly, I put him with Chetan when it comes to singing capability, Chetan's voice is hoarse but some of his notes are good and Rohan's voice is soft but I am yet to see him finish a song with perfect notes, not that I dislike him, I do enjoy him sing, he is all and all performer but last night his performance was not worthy of raising wall in audition round.

5) Chetan - People who choose his songs, surely harbor something against him, he has a lot of growing up to do in terms of music and I am hoping with puberty there will be change in his voice quality..

Judges - What's the point of having judges when they will swipe "Yes" for everyone? Why not save your decision till everyone has sang and vote accordingly? 15% are reserved for judges, I just feel they could have taken deserving candidates in finale

coming to the performances

Zaid- his was the best, dint eat up words or go out of breath. i was worried he will be affected after his mother made him cry just before his performance and she standing behind him like that would make him a bit unnerved. but he gave a balanced performance and was v good. but👎🏼 to the drama created by colors with his mom standing beside crying n praying n all. she could have gone back stage n prayed. i hate all such drama n it dosent do the child any good during the performance. I cant imagine the pressure on the child with his mom staying hungry, crying n all👎🏼. i hope he continues to stay innocent and live unaware of the competition n all like he is, otherwise life is going to be difficult for this kid in future. i feel parents should be a positive influence not bog down the child with extra pressure.

Vishnumaya- his was the next best acc to me though i felt it went a bit off key sometimes😕 but its a difficult song to perform live and thank god she had no pressure of emotional drama over her and she could concentrate on her singing👍🏼 i hope someone of the two kid wins

Rohanpreet- his start was good. i liked his performance but he sounded off key somewhere in between. i want him to choose more difficult songs

Akthar bros. - their ending was v good but they sound hoarse in between why do they shout so much. ive seen sehnaaz perform on SRGMP n he wasnt so hoarse then

Chetan- Poor guy was clearly affected by the drama n crying around him. why did they have to get his mom just before performance they could have got her after . but he deserved to go

Ocourse it's all drama. Zaids mom coming, saying she fasted, her praying in the back, Alia giving her water, Chetans mom coming, Hemant singing for her, Mom doing aarti and tikka. It's all scripted and they all rehearse this as well.

In one of the lives a member of the rising star team literally made fun of this and called it "fake reality"

Yeah I also noticed people have started being quite harsh to Hemant lately. Don't know why. In the beginning I was also confused about him. But he seems to be a really good hearted and nice guy and obviously an incredible singer.

btw zaid's mom is keeping which fast . in muslims there is only one type of fast roza. and for that you have to drink water atleast after sunset otherwise the fast isnt valid. n shooting happens after 9 pm😕

There are not too many type of fast options available like hindus have 😆

Anyway, what Shehnaz is doing is absolutely inappropriate. Even his story and Akhtar bros story say to vote only for a deserving winner - Rohan or Zaid. Also, personally I don't give Zaid a free pass for saying something disrespectful or demeaning, even more so since he is a child and doesn't he touch Hemant's feet onscreen?! If nothing else, a little respect...Disappointing.

Major props to Vishnumaya's mother for being so very dignified and decent! Even for her VT, they had to bring Brijwasi sr and Zaid's dad to spice it up! 😆 Rohan's mom seemed sweet too...

Also, Zaid's mom's drama today was so OTT! One can pray backstage too but to stand behind and be so dramatic and extra...and then having Alia come and break her fast on national TV! 🤔

colors is including a lot of unnecessary drama in the show for some last days. 😕

Yeah it was very inapproprate. I mean I understand that they are close. But don't tell the audience not to vote for Vishnumaya and Hemant. And also don't call someone chalaak. Wonder where he learned all of this at this age 😕
