OMG Voting was not on for the public after the song was over...only the judge votes were added on. 🥱

Colors just let the judges vote coz they intended to vote and it's a live show so it was clear from Diljit and Shankar's expressions that they were going to vote her.

And we aren't faulting Hemant, we are questioning the integrity of the way things went down - that's all!

Let's be fair and let's add the percentage of Vishnu and Hemant from week 1 to last week and see who's votes are more?
It's not Hemant's fault that Vishnu's fans held their phones in their hands to vote at last moment after checking in.. I voted for her as soon as I was asked to vote..

Unless you are one of the people who tried to vote after she stopped singing and couldn't, I won't believe this as I voted at the beginning only..

When you say someone was "Robbed" you are belittling the guy who won it, It's not like he's not deserving, he has always scored more than Vishnu, he is always the show stopper, it was clear to everyone that he is going to win ticket to finale, and Rohan not getting good % only confirmed it as Hemant's competition in terms of votes is Rohan.. I would have been as happy if Vishnu had won it, because she is an amazing singer, she is a brilliant actress, and she's going a long way.. And I hope the same for Hemant..

Nobody is belittling Hemant. And in fact most of us on the forums, agree that Hemant was better in the face off.
We are upset at the makers of the show. Equal time should be allotted to each contestant. I didn't really check who sang for how long, but Vishnumayas song was clearly shorter. Even the judges were taken aback and had to vote after the song ended and voting closed.
I don't think anybody can be upset on another contestant. Obviously the contestant doesn't get to call the shots

Let me explain the unfairness and injustice part

From 1st episode to yesterdays epi, all performance consist of pallavi and anupallavi/charanam of song. ie will have two portions. and many viewers do vote after listening to second part also infact they vote till the end.

now coming to yesterdays vishnumaya's faceoff song. she started performance and people started voting. Everybody including judges were expecting the second portion of song. suddenly performance ended so as voting. All of them stood confused till vishnumaya told them about timelimit.its funny that even judges dont know about the limited time. but judges acted quickly and they voted. but viewers voting line closed the moment she stopped singing. so all the viewers who were waiting for the second portion and vote couldnt vote and their vote is automatically considered as NO. that portion of viewers includes me also. i want to vote yes for her. but since i dont know that performance was short and voting wll close so fast i couldnt vote but as i checked in my vote is considered as not. Isnt it injustice? to both vishnumaya and viewers? why they didnt inform us about the time limit?

now coming to hemant. viewers already know about the timelimit. they have seen what happened to vishnumaya. so they voted early and in time.

can anyone justify this? one justification i heard is viewers should have voted early. but how we know that unlike other performances this will end so eary?

anotherone is as you said hemant would have won anyways as he was better. well may be. its personal pov. even i found his performance good than vishnumaya. but that difference defo wont be 15% like that. it wont be such a sad state for vishnumaya. my heart was broken looking at her sad smile at the end of her perfrmance. how sad it must be for her to see such a low score which she never deserved?

its not about winning ticket to finale. many of us think he deserved it. but its about what happened to vishnumaya. its very unfortunate and colors channel defo owe an apology to her if it happened by mistake.

Well said, Jugni, about the unfairness.

No one blames Hemant or holds him responsible for what happened (at least I don't). And I definitely think that he would've beaten Vishnumaya in a fair face-off too. But it wasn't fair.

- First, Vishnumaya was demoralized by Monali saying Akhtar Bros were better than her.

- Then she was given very little time to prepare and the song she chose wasn't really the right one given that she was facing Hemant who's a fan favorite.

- She had to do 2 performances in a day whereas Hemant only had one song to prepare. Ok, this maybe the format of the show, but still, it does not put them on equal footing.

- Then the voting closed early for her, her performance was truncated. The judges voted at the very last minute and many from the audience couldn't vote since the voting closed with no warning. That counted as negative votes for Vishnumaya. Has she ever scored as low as 75%? This was her lowest score and it wasn't as though her singing was bad or anything. Yes, Hemant was clearly better but she wasn't bad. Voting closing early has got to be a factor why she got such low votes.

Hemant would've probably won the Ticket anyway, but at least Vishnumaya would've lost by a more respectable margin.
